Tried to order a tank about 10 days ago. They asked for my ID. Thought this was weird because they already had it, I've been ordering from them for about a year and had an order successfully done a week before.

Spoke to Marcus on live chat. Tried 3 or 4 times to give them a new copy of the ID. He advised he couldn't find my original copy and didn't acknowledge the numerous historical orders.

He eventually found my ID but I found it worrying that a private company lost personal information about me. I cancelled the order and got a refund the next day but I don't know if I'll order from them again.

Had an issue with a mod and after a quick warranty review had a replacement within a day. Have to say Hector was A1 and went above and beyond.

Just received my first order from vapewild.eu, ordered 5 bottles plus the welcome sample pack with 10 bottles! They chucked in a couple of free bottles with those orders, so got 17 bottles for an amazing price! Tried one of the juices so far and is really good! Sent out Monday (yesterday) and received it today! Great service and think I've found my new juice supplier, just wish I knew about this company and website earlier!

VapeWild is in my opinion the greatest online vape shop out there (at least when buying from the UK)
I tried at least 5 other suppliers before finding VapeWild and was pretty disappointed with all the previous suppliers. Lack of flavours, bad taste, long delivery times. To be honest i was just considering giving up ordering online completely, but VapeWild fixed all of that.
Their selection is amazing, there's so much choice! The taste is by far the best too, I've tried standard flavours like watermelon from lots of places, and VapeWild is the only one which actually tastes like watermelon. The prices are incredible. My local vape shop offers 3 10ml bottles for £15. From VapeWild i normally order around 10 bottles for £25 which is just insane!
Each order you get freebies too, which is an awesome way to discover flavours you wouldn't necessarily order, but end up liking!
The delivery time is pretty consistent. Occasionally it takes a few more days than usual, but for me that's absolutely fine! And normally the 2 day delivery does come within 2 days!
Overall, if you haven't tried VapeWild, definitely give it a go... You wont be disappointed :)

In a previous life I was a technical customer relations manager with a fortune 500 company who are well known for their Vaio products. There are two main ingredients necessary for a company to succeed in business when others fall, all around them. A quality product and a quality service. Vape Wild has both of these ingredients in abundance. In placing my first order, not only did I receive my welcome discount, I received in excess of that which I had not expected. Hats off to Madam Heidi and all her crew at Vape Wild. Loving the first flavour and looking forward to others purchased. I'll not venture from Vape Wild for future purchases and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to dip their toe into the water. To add, delivery, once my order was ready to dispatch, I received my email circa 6pm notifying me and my order was on my doorstep the next morning. A big shout out to Gabriel and Stacy ;-)

An after thought: the prices, for a premium product they come in well under the radar in comparison to other brands. Brands that I have used but since my visit to vapewild.eu I now truly know what a PREMIUM eliquid tastes like.

Vapewild have been excellent up to this point. My last order is taking an age to arrive despite my previous ones being here within 3 days, I am now on day ten. I will try one last time but there are so many options out there I may go elsewhere.

I was excited to see Vape Wild come to Ireland after a visit they made to Vape Fest a few years prior.

I was delighted to be one of their first customers from their Irish hub, and their service has always been top notch. Free liquid with every order, always delivered the next day, even had a courtesy call on my first order when I ordered different PG/VG ratios (some were gifts so different ratios) to make sure I knew I'd ordered different ratios.

Their prices are brilliant too, usually cheaper for hardware than other companies. I'd like to see more hardware available but all in all I've never had anything but great experiences shopping with them.

Great products and service.

Used to buy from vapewild.com a lot so was pleased when I found the .eu site offering the same great service and products. Last ordered in Oct before re-finding the site in May. Placed order on the 17th may and was happily vaping my large selection of short fills two days later. All with the same great taste that I remember and even some new ones (though was not too keen on the root beer flavour - personal taste!!).

Great service, great products and delivery...And even the surprise in the delivery!!
