I am still waiting for my order (3 weeks now). The money has been taken from my bank account but nothing received. Tried to contact them by phone, no one answered, tried again and left a message, heard nothing back. Emailed them, no reply. Tried to leave a message on their website, the message wouldn't send.
Update. I have just checked my bank account and the money has been refunded. However I have still had no communication from them, even to say they have refunded the money.
