Casque reçu cassé et ne fonctionne plus - 1 an d'utilisation

Casque reçu cassé pour une livraison internationale de 22 euros.
Le service client m'a indiqué avoir envoyé un casque de remplacement mais cela n'était pas vrai. De plus, le casque ne marche plus après 1 an. Il s'arrête au bout de quelques secondes. Casque qu'ils achètent 25 dolllars en Chine et revendent 100 euros. Et ils se permettent d'avoir un mauvais service client.
