Terrible service. The most expensive item from my order was missing from the package. I contacted customer service and after a few email they said they would ship me the missing item. I never received any shipment info and they stopped responding to my email. Phone number listed on web page is not in service.

Got these on sale. They are Storz & Bickel Original parts. Great price, great communication, great shipping!

They won't ship to my state and there's no explanation why. There's no communication. I emailed their info email address last week and emailed their support email address this week. Their website says Live Chat is available during certain hours but I tried it a few times and they don't respond. But they will email me a bunch of ads and spam, reminding me to complete my purchase even though the website won't let me.

Dude I was nervous to buy this grinder because of the price tag. I have never loved a grinder more than this one. It’s so sturdy, the rounded bottoms make it way easier to grab herb out of, the kid’s magnet is incredibly sturdy and the grinders inside are so effective. Everything gets ground to a nice fluffy texture

I recently ordered a pax 3 for severe pain due to two full spine surgeries wich led to me having to get a fentanyl pump installed in me due to the pain and well the doc nearly offd me I bled spine fluid out had 5 emergency surgeries to try and fix it wich didn't work he got scared and bailed out left the country conveniently and I started the beginning of my PTSD journey and it's not fair right or cool at all period it's a shame that it all happened took me 7 years to get the balls to go get the machine wich was left in me and turned off cut out of my stomach on top of that I was left with a ruptured vertebrae in my lower spine thanks doc at this point due to being disabled since age 18 I decided it was best to seek another route of medicine to keep out of pain and so cannabis it is mostly high CBD strains I don't like smoke so I bought a pax from vapor.com and step by step while waiting for my device to arrive I was helped with any and all questions I asked and I received help imediately so here I am now finally at some sort of peace coherent but blessed by the bliss of sacred full flavored medicine to try and ease the mess of the existence I've been dealt thanks so much for all your help
