I habe been using Vapor Authority for years now. Tried a bunch of the HUGE variety of juices and different companies. And have ordered 3 different mods and 4 different tanks until I found my perfect set up. Their care team responds within 48 hours max and usually sooner than that. Shipping is INSANELY quick... Usually 2-3 days. I tell everyone who vapes about this place and save EVERYONE some money. Best prices anywhere. 120mL of HIGH QUALITY juice... Maybe 20 bucks instead of the 35-45 you pay in shops.

If you're like me, you shop online and sadly what we order is not what shows up on our doorstep ... 3 weeks later! Furthermore, I'm uncomfortable with transactions other than PayPal. Vapor Authority far exceeded my expectations. My order arrived within 4 days; it was well-packaged and contained exactly what I had ordered. I am so happy to have found this company!!

Initially had an issue in receiving the orders once shipped, but Vapor Authority and Route took extra care and I have now received all my items. I do plan on using and buying all of my vaping items (hardware and juice) from Vapor Authority. I cannot recommend more than a five-star rating; it needs to be a higher scale to meet the service I have received from both Vapor Authority and Route.

You will not be disappointed in the selection and service they provide.

Placed an order in late May that ended up getting lost in transit. Between talking to customer service and Route’s customer service, i was a bit worried i wouldn't ever receive my items. BUT, customer service was very friendly and helpful. My order reshipped and arrived very fast. Happy with the products

Vapor Authority is an outstanding, first class company that makes the online purchase experience worthwhile. Being a vape user since they were invented, I won't even consider any other outlet other than Vapor Authority for all my vaping needs. Keep up the good work !

The delivery people said my order was delivered. It was not. I contacted Vapor Authority. Within a couple of days I was informed that they were checking it out and I would be reimbursed or my order filled. Shortly my order arrived with great products I expected.

I had a small issue with my 2nd order with them; Customer Support was patient with me and resolved my issue professionally, fairly, and quickly.
I will definitely be using Vapor Authority in the future.

The shipping is awful. There are several options that use shipping methods to have your purchase to you within a few days. You can expect at least 2 weeks with this outfit.

Always a great selection with very detailed descriptions and explanations.

I’ve bought from them for a couple of years. First time I needed customer service, they responded quickly and solved my issue. Nothing better than a great product and excellent customer service.

I found this website pretty early on in my vaping journey and they always have great prices, amazing customer service and fast shipping. They’re extremely friendly and I always get a hand written note from them with every order.

I haven't gotten my order yet, but when I placed my order and hit submit I forgot the 20% discount on my ejuice. I sent an email explaining that and they responded immediately and applied my 20% off! How cool is that?!

I’m going to tell you about an experience I had with Vapor Authority and how they completely turned it around!
I ordered the last Vandy Vape Jackaroo 100W mod I could find. I literally couldn’t find any other 100W jackaroos on the U.S. or even outside the U.S. that were willing to ship here.
So I placed the order, it ships quick, it arrives quick, I open the package and it’s not my order. I sent an email to Vapor Authority, and I was pretty upset because I was really looking forward to it.
Well, they tracked down my order, contacted the person it went to, had her turn away the package, and now they just reshipped it to me and gave me a tracking number! All of this within a week!!
Vapor Authority has a customer for life from me!
