Beware,like most of the true reviews here, you won't receive what you ordered & paid for.They take your money, and that's the last you'll see of it! They are scammers! Customer service sucks! What do they do with the scanned ID you sent?!?! Lesson learnt!

DESERVES NO STARS!! THEY STOLE $44 FROM ME. COILS I NEEDED BUT BEING ON A FIXED INCOME I DON'T APPRECIATE MY MISSING SHIPMENT!! I NEED THE MONEY!!! THERE ARE TOO MANY TRUSTWORTHY SHOPS ONLINE TO MESS WITH ONE WHO IS NOT HONEST. COILS NEEDED. BUT WORSE - $44 NEEDED. AT 70, I DON'T NEED THIS $HIT....

Terrible experience; will never shop here again. They couldn’t fulfill my order and rather than reaching out, they decided to throw in some random extra stuff that I didn’t even end up wanting or using, and then wouldn’t ship out what was out of stock. They told me I needed to place another order and I could get my three remaining items that were owed to me. Shipping isn’t free even though it says so. Once you get to checkout, there’s a $17.50 charge for some kind of insurance. They will not issue a refund or a credit. There’s other online vape stores that have similar pricing and a way better overall experience.

The absolute worst. Thieving, scammers who now have your driver’s license photos and credit card info. Don’t be an idiot like us. Stay away!

my first time using this company and honestly I’ve had the best experience. I’m not sure what other people are talking about but they actually care here. I was super skeptical at first because ordering online is scary but there verification team made me feel super confortable with all the knowledge of security behind it and there customer support team even took the extra step to call me and let me know they are a real company and even sent me a picture of my package before shipping! I got the order in 3 days which is super crazy fast. They even reached out when they saw it was delivered to make sure I got it and everything was okay. Honestly there team made me feel super comfortable and happy with my purchase. Thanks again vapor boss you have a forever customer!!!!!

I've been a customer since 2020 and all I have to say is nothing but good things about them. These new reviews that are discrediting this awesome company is crazy there competition must be working hard to bring them down but obviously the great reviews out weigh whatever fake ones people keep putting up. They have great customer service and a super caring team. There shipping is super fast unless you order on a weekend but they are closed so try to order from Monday to Thursday for the best shipping times :) Amazing prices and legit product and all around awesome people. Never had or will have a problem with this company they are genuinely great.

If I could leave no stars I would! I feel like the last few left are fake and trying to cover up the bs they're doing to people! I used to be a long time customer and the last few orders just get worse and worse! My last order, after waiting 3 weeks with no update or nothing I got some email explaining some BS reason AGAIN why they haven't shipped my order, and would ship soon and because of the issues they were putting EXTRA items in the order!.. well 2 weeks later I fondly received my order which DIDN'T have any "extra" items and was missing 2 of the vapes I ordered. I had to email them 3 times before I got a response... they finally sent an email back and gave me a "code" to use for"2 vapes and 10% discount" .. all I wanted was for them to reship them to me... I don't want to place another order with you ever again.. if I go to order the"2 free vapes" I have to pay 17.90 for shipping.. AGAIN!! I have emailed them again 3 times just asking them to reship them to me I shouldn't have to pay shipping again. They're "waiting" for a manager to respond "when they have time"... so of course I'm still waiting! They tack on insurance automatically now but sure as hell don't want to replace anything!! I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone again!!

Pretty sure the last 4-5 reviews are fake to try and cover up the recent bad ones. That being said, I was quickly given a tracking number that sat idle for several days. They did respond to emails and they did ship the next day after finally asking about it. Received the vapes today. The order took 7 business days and 9 days total. They are clearly drop shipping your order because they don't physically have it.

This is a great company I have been using their services for 3 years now, anytime something is wrong with my vapes they have no problem replacing them. On top of that my orders are always filled very fast and efficiently. Great place would not go anywhere else and their prices are amazing!

Ordered March 21 and received USPS tracking number on March 27. No package given to USPS to deliver. Customer service is a joke. Emailed several times. Received standard response only after threatening chargeback. Initiated dispute with credit company. Thieves!! Do not buy from them!

I have ordered from here 3 times and have not had any issues! The only time it has taken slightly longer to get my order is if they don’t have a flavor I want in stock. And If that happens, they always call me or send me a text and ask me if I want to choose a different flavor or wait! Every person I have talked to over text and phone has been extremely kind and respectful!! It takes around 3-4 days to delivered to me when I live across the country from them. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered $ 85 worth of vape and find out unfillfulled status for a week now and emailed them several times but finally got a email saying they are having problems cause of Chinese new year and shipping delays....Chinese new year was in February ! Emailed them back and want a refund ! Doing a BBB report also contacted my Bank to stop payment 😑

I placed an order and it took a month before it arrived and when it got here it was only part of what I purchased. The company sent me an email letting me know they were gonna issue me a store credit,the problem is I have to have an account to use it and of course I don't so the credit is useless! They are basically stealing my money. I asked for a refund or for them to simply send me the rest of my order and haven't not gotten any response and from looking at the reviews on here I guess I won't .
