As you know, because XROS series pods has top filling system, this kind of pod has black top cap. We suggest that after you fill the eliquid into XROS POD, please cover the black cap(drip tip) of XROS POD immediately, because the Drip tip is the main reason of leakage issue. And if you leave the drip tip open for 3 minutes after you fill the eliquid, the eliquid will start osmosis the cotton inside and lead to leak. Especially after long hours osmosis, the e-liquid in the pod will completely leak out.
Customer service none existent can't buy the coils from the source/website very inconsistent coils never get the same amount of drags/flavour from them and no was to authentic the coils you can get hold of buy a different brand vape
Parcels missing from the powershop community and the admin team from the uvcommunity have some of the worst customer service ive ever seen, posts hidden in competitions because you are winning but they only want people they know to win.
4months ive been in the dark and many others regarding missing parcels no email address will get a reply and no admins will respond to this.
I would give them a zero star if I could. So many issues trying to order from this company. I ordered a product they said they had in stock and it took me 3 months to receive. They wouldn't reply to emails until I mentioned taking them to court. When they did finally ship my items, they sent it the slowest way possible taking 2 weeks to get to me. Never ever will I order from these frauds again.
This is the website I won’t order EVER again. I purchased a product from them two years ago and the shipment was really fast. However, the device stopped working so I decided to order a new one. I did place an order on May 3rd. Today is June 16th, and the order was NEVER shipped. Even worse - I sent them 4 mails and they NEVER got back to me, but I still receive their marketing mails to order more and more. They were really fast to charge me for NOTHING. There is not even an option to receive my money back or cancel the order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t waste your time and money.
Purchased a Vaporesso Armour Max. Leaking from day 1 From local vape shop as opposed online. £85 with batteries, standard spare tank etc... The cover does not cover the spare tank provided. The reason leaking? Once did a little research as to how to take apart? Once did, the tank on it was literally split in half! So, ok... do a bit of research. Learn how to take it apart. Pop the atomiser in the spare tank provided... which the tank guard is too small to fit over. But at least does not leak any more. But then, not sure why, it died a week ago. Whilst charging happily. Finally, after loads of looking up... Had to press the power button 5 times in a row. Hey presto! Suddenly back to life. Nothing in the instructions provided, or on their site about this. Just the "click 3 times" if you want to go into the settings. Very poor if you are investing £85 all in for a supposed "quality product"! Finally it is working now... Pity none of that lot in the instructions...
Their customer service is horrendous. Contacted them regarding a product that I ordered that spent over a week sitting in a warehouse without even being shipped and requested a refund as the response I received was awful. I have had to email them multiple times for anything to happen I ordered the product on the 27/05 and to this date of making this review 11/06 it still hasn’t been shipped to the UK let alone delivered. They are now ignoring my emails and my requests as the tracking app they use is awful and does not even work. What kind of customer service is this?
Contacted about a product still within warranty and received an email to send pics of the problem. Have now gone weeks without a response after multiple attempts to reach out to them.

I bought this for my mom who’s trying to quit smoking and she’s leaving soon to our country for 4months! I thought it had plenty of time to arrive but one month later didn’t receive anything, if I knew I would have never bought this from this company and just go to a shop! I’m about to do chargeback because this long shipping time is indicated nowhere in their website! Wish I seen these reviews before! 😡

Ordered a vape weeks ago almost a month now. Everything ships from China and then tracking stops working. I have asked them to cancel my order and they keep saying they are trying to rush it but here we are no vape a month later and no refund
I placed an order on Friday and the following Friday it was still sitting there waiting for these incompetent people to drop it in the mailbox. I've asked for a refund several different times and they won't acknowledge that I'm asking for my money back. These people suck. Avoid ordering anything from these con artists.
Avoid!!!! Ordered a vape on 2nd Feb. On 20th Feb I canceled the order as it was still being processed. They canceled it immediately and Shopyfy said it has been refunded. It's now 24th of February and I still haven't received the refund
Brought an xros or whatever less than a week ago. Told it has good reviews. Used to 2 days. Went flat before finishing work. Didnt taste like juice. Left it on my desk for 2 days and went to use it and it wasnt working. It leaked juice all into the inside of it. Cant be bothered fixing it or taking it back so i lost out on 50 bucks. Definitely getting another smok nord c. Waaaay better
There are no words to describe the stupidity of the website and the company itself.
I bought one week ago the xros4 and separately the 1.2 omh coil head pod (Amazon).Mm.. not really impressed with this vape. The liquid is leaking when you vape. And the head pod where you pour the liquid is very hard to remove, like I never could open it and always have to ask someone to do it for me and even they struggle. But i don't recommend this brand.
Doesnt everybody love drinking e-juice? Just bought the ros4 mini and 2 different pods just spewed the liquid up past my lips. Also the tip actually gets hot. What a crap product. I should have gone with the g3 caliburn for a little more cost as it has a drip tip with a no spit back guarantee
I have bought several vapes of this brand, and in general they have been OK, not great, but OK. Today, NEW YEAR'S DAY, I have 3 vapes that have decided not to work, or charge at all. One of these is fresh from the box. It's New Year's Day, FFS. These aren't the first ones that I have had problems with, and too be fair I'd say that I've had a 40% success rate from them. F'in frustrating, in need of a hit, and no vape. Ffs, sort your pi55ing product out.
Vaporesso mini 4 is useless avoid avoid avoid battery doesn't last a day pods are leaky and difficult to use. Much better vapes out there
