The brush was not present on the vap (I think that it's a packaging problem), but anyway I found an extra gadget and electrical adaptor GB / EU.

WHERE IS MY MISSING MOUTHPIECE??
Along with the vaporizer was a note that read: "Please note that the extra mouthpiece That Should Be in your spare kit bag in this box is missing. We will replace this for you with a pack of 5 mouthpieces plus a pack of 5 mesh screens". I wrote the address given but I had no answer.
