Site was easy to navigate

Site was easy to navigate, the product I wanted was in stock, I am excited to see the quality of the free grinder and flower container, reasonable shipping rates, I also opted for rush handing.

VERY Disappointing

I placed an order and even paid expedited shipping on it because I ordered it alongside another item from somewhere else hoping they’d come at a similar date. I received my item from another vendor, but didn’t receive this one. I tried to call and was on hold for a good while. So I sent an email. Apparently the item was out of stock. My first problem was that I was able to place an order while the product was out of stock to begin with. Then I had to wait until I reached out to someone to find out that my order wouldn’t go through and didn’t see it return to my account until I spoke up. How disappointing. I’ll be using different vendors from now on.

The sales person did an excellent job guiding me through my special needs compared to your product list.
