Made an on the 13th of April 4days had not delivered sent emails and messages on FB no response then finally got through on the phone to be told parcel still sat in warehouse due to not having one of my flavours and i wasn't notified then had to wait another 2days for my parcel where 2 liquids were missing absolute joke avoid this place at all cost

Absolutely shocking, would not use again. The worst customer service.
I have ordered a few times and each time the order wasn’t fulfilled. Our last experience with this company was terrible. I called them as I wanted to confirm that items is in stock as we really needed it spoke to Louis and he said that it is in the stock and will be shipped out at the same day due to expensive shipping we added few more things which we didn’t really need. Order obviously wasn’t shipped out at the same day as he promised and they were blaming DPD. Order was shipped day after and the most shocking thing was when we opened the package what we received the items which we ordered was missing, we contacted them immediately and they promised me to call back in an hour with explanation and findings, but nothing happened no one called and when i call back later on nobody answered my phone call, now we have no stock, frustrated customer who was waiting for the specific items and have no money for the paid items. Absolutely robbing company.

SCAMMERS

we have ordered several times and all the orders are still unfulfilled which are paid for in FULL, after speaking to them multiple times and them promising to fulfil the order that never happened and we have never received items we have paid for. they pretend to sort it out with you and then fob you off. if you would like to receive your vape items DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. we are a business and this has affected our sales/custom.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they just ignore you and think your going to go away, when they owe you money.

Vapes were not in date, and vapes missing.
When you speak to the sales team they just want to argue with you.

Received 6 expired or short date vapes out of am order of 8 vapes
Customer service just ignore you or tell you to contact the vape manufacturer, which is pointless when there isn't an issue with the actual vapes, Just the supplier VapourShopDirect sending me expired vapes.

Do not waste your time, energy or money

Placed an order on the 21/3/23 shipping kept saying ‘waiting to be received’ left a week and sent email x2 to no response. Rang on the 31/3/23 to be told parcel had been ‘lost’ and now some of my items were out of stock, asked they send any 10mg vapes, they agreed. No shipping sent over so rang again on the 3/4/23 no knowledge of my previous phone call. Now 15 days later, I finally get my order. I ordered 12x 10mg vapes, received 8x 10mg and 2x20mg. Absolutely shocking, would not use again.

Placed an order with of 4 Vimto and 5 Mr Blue Crystal pro bars, received the order the following day which was excellent service, opened the order to find they had sent me vimbull bars instead of Vimto emailed them straight away to let them know…. Nothing, emailed again the following day… nothing again customer service absolutely shocking!!!! Seriously think if your placing an order.

Superb company to deal with

Superb company to deal with, I ordered disposable vapes some were out of stock, I got a phone call the same today to let me know and to see what I would like to change them to or I could have a refund on the out of stock items. I decided to change them and they sent them out next day delivery, customer service is incredible best service I have ever had from an online company, vapes and prices are great couldn’t fault them at all. Keep up the good work guys 👍🏻

Very rude not to reply after 3 emails

Ordered a pretty big order January 19, never heard anything about shipping.

Then i sent an email 4 days later with the question when they would ship my order, no answer.

Then again after 3 days i sent that same question again, again no answer to me.

l NO ANSWER AT ALL.

The worst customer service i had since ages for sure and i am not sure if i will get my order at all because they are not answering me.

Ordered Saturday morning and they said…

Ordered Saturday morning and they said it was sent Monday morning. I called Wednesday as my tracking said delivery was 24 hour but had not updated in 2 days. They blamed Royal Mail like every bad company does and like they do to replies on here. I was told they would contact Royal Mail then call me back. I didn't get a call back so the next day I called again and this time the guy called back saying the found the postage label. If I didn't call them twice and send multiple emails (they didn't respond) my package would never have been sent out. I'll be lucky if it comes tomorrow. Fist and last time I order from them.

DON'T BELEIVE THEM IF THEY REPLY TO THIS AND BLAME ROYAL MAIL. IT IS NOT ROYAL MAIL IT IS THEM. AVOID

Ordering on there website was easy

Haven't been told if it's been dispatched or any tracking numbers. I know Royal mail are on strike but this is taking too long.
