I've been purchasing coils from Vapoureyes for years as they are hard to get elsewhere.

The shipping has been excellent and I've never had an issue.

Really happy with these guys. Always ship fast, lots of great sales, deals, giveaways, and rewards. Customer service emails are hilarious and make me smile every time. I also learned a ton about better vape gear from reading their info on their website.

I was surprised to see a low review rate, I have been ordering from them for about 3 years & I have never had a problem. I think VapourEyes is fabulous! Keep the good work up guys. Five stars out of five from me (:

Feedback removal if not favourable to vapoureyes! Go figure the honesty of this company. After receiving faulty product which I was unable to upload a full video of faulty product (required for refund)
I was blocked from purchasing again from vapoureyes aus as well as vapoureyes nz . Both taha and Kristy ( vapoureyes employee)are dishonest as they sent knowingly faulty products but penalised me for wanting a refund. This company has extremely poor ratings because of their obviously continuous poor behaviour.
I was also informed that any review that was not favourable would be deleted from the official website! Hmmm that says a lot about the integrity of this company that can’t handle the truth . So obvious that it’s some kind of scam. Maybe they are using this to send drugs intentionally via your package. I would not bother with them the juice is rubbish and the service is no better

Absolutely the WORST website layout I've ever come across. There must be over 1000 different vape juices, but the only filter option is by country of origin and/brand brand. Half of them don't even have the (crucially important for pod devices) vg/pg listed, so you have to have a second window open to google your way into frustration. It's 2023, not 1998, a 10 year old could design a better interface than this... I can't imagine how much business is lost due to people (like me) spending 5 minutes getting annoyed with the website, then go shop somewhere else.
Shop here if you enjoy being frustrated, otherwise give it a miss.

Don't do any big orders from here - Something dodgy going on with this site using different delivery services than they state on the order. Who knows if i'll ever get a refund on the package undelivered due to falsely stating which agent they use, Customer Services made it seem like it will be weeks before it's even thought about.

Vapoureyes NZ is a great site they have great variety my first recent order was 6 bottles order was correct and all bottles arrived sealed and in perfect condition… ffs the flavour of the of the one I’ve tried so far was so damn good even without adding a bit of pure pg to make it thinner though because it didn’t wick well with my Innokin T18II I add a bit of pure PG to each tank now and it’s made the strawberry taste more pronounced… all the negative reviews are people that are either really unlucky somehow or simply unfair reviewers I’d say.. from my experience I’d definitely recommend payed for standard shipping and it arrived in under the two week minimum and order was exactly what I payed for.

I've used Vapoureyes twice now for items that I can't get in the UK. The prices and speed of shipping are fantastic and I will definitely be using them again. Keep up the good work guys!

Brought Geekvape aegis boost pro that lasted one week before having issues. First the wattage and brightness kept dropping then the mods battery exact type started to have issues, now it won’t turn on completely! The manual is just as useless as the limited amp of self help links …. Do not buy a geekvape mod!!!

I only ever write reviews when credit is due. Me being a paranoid online consumer I like help other people to know what's real or scams.
Vaporeyes is a vape wholesalers. Apart from this they have many good reviews. Not every online stores are perfect but Vaporeyes they always go out of there way to rectify/resolve the problem. They are reputable company with a vape culture following( vaping bogan) so they can't afford bad feedback. I've ordered from there many times now and it's always a awsome and assuring experience as they are easy to get hold of through email with in less than 24 hours. And if your lucky enough to catch one of there many sales(subscribe for notifications) you'll experience unbeatable bargains 80% better than other vape stores. Thus I write this review for now. TRUST!!! WONT!!REGRET!!

I have been a repeat customer for more than 5 years I have shopped plenty of other places and bought a tonne of hardware and juice everywhere I noticed I only get the urge to write reviews when a business gets things wrong and annoys me but I think its worth saying that ve handles things really well they replace broken hardware with minimal effort I have had 3 broken mods 2 times happened with hardware bought from ve it happens not a retailers fault at all but ve got me to post back a broken mod and sent me a new one then years later they just asked for a video of the broken mod and replaced it no fuss on the other hand wick and wire often has gear on special more often but my experience was very arrogant from the staff at the store I literally walked out leaving the broken mod on the desk that was only a week or less old on top of this ve has great ethical standards and a good sense of humor they do their best to candor with me even though I waste their support peoples time with stupid joke emails anyway back to the ethical standards they only use pg and vg that isn't harvested from rainforests this was an issue I was unaware of they do their best to be environmentally conscious and politically pro-active when they can issues like Paypal screwing over small companies meant ve decided to part ways with paypal. This is one example of how they do their best to support other businesses in the Australian vape scene and their loyalties points take out a chunk in my overall spending too. I would prefer to buy a mod from VE rather than save $5 or $10 from somewhere else when in the long run they cover their hardware and let me redeem back discounts after spending. oh and I read other reviews and their delivery is actually super fast and their free express shipping for over $75 and normal speed for $50 is one of the lowest rates I have seen the periods mentioned in the complaints were during covid lock downs

I made a minor mistake on my order and emailed them immediately. I was told it should be fixed and I even got sent a revised invoice with the correct juices. Then I received the original invoice with the wrong juices in the post. The fact they made me believe that the order was being fixed and would be correct before sending it makes it even more annoying to have wasted my time and be lied to. Don't expect good customer service from these muppets.

was very disappointed with shipping tines the first timei ordered. this time decided to pay extra for express shipping. 4 days has passed and my package still hasnt even left the warehouse. you people are disgusting

Distinct peppery flavour indicative of old or low quality nicotine used in their juice. Contacted them directly via email for support. They told me to that this is completely normal and I should "steep it", I know that this distinct pepper flavour only becomes more prominent and does NOT improve from personal experience vaping for 2+ years.

I have NEVER ordered liquid that is literally unusable before; it burns your throat, tastes horrible, and honestly makes me worry that the "mixed date" on their labels are simply not genuine.

The support team at this company will hang you out to dry and completely stonewall your claim that they have sent you a faulty product. No option for any form of compensation even though they literally discontinued the line of liquid that I ordered not even a week, which gives credence to my claim that they were trying to offload old liquid, or liquid with extremely low quality ingredients.

If they could send pss in a bottle they would. Sent me literally 4 bottles of various vape juices containing 0 nicotine where all suppose to contain 3mg. Don't be mistaken, i don't mean they made the mistake on the shipping. They sent the bottles labeled 3mg and they contain 0mg.

Mistake were made trusting the company. hope this helps so you don't do the same.

We ordered some juices for our new vape from these guys just before Christmas and cannot praise then enough, quick delivery (even with everything going on in the world!) and efficient customer service and even a little Christmas treat for us, overwhelmed with the service and will use these guys everytime! Wicked!

Terrible customer service from Zayne and Vapoureyes NZ. Had 2 out of 3 bottles arrive empty after leaking in the post and all I got was a sorry we cant do anything about that. Use VAPO in New Zealand. Those guys are fantastic.
