Written by the company

We've been making cotton home textiles since 1983, and it's the only thing we do. Vardhman Mills is a home textiles manufacturer based in Suratgarh, Rajasthan. Our factory produces cotton bedsheets, block print bedsheets, digital print bedsheets, quilts, rajai, dohars, comforters, bed covers, pillow covers, cushion covers, table covers, table runners, and curtains — everything made in-house at our own manufacturing unit. Our founder and CEO, Mr. P.C. Surana, has over 42 years of hands-on experience in textile manufacturing. That experience shows in the small things — how the colours hold after repeated washes, how the stitching stays intact at the corners, how the fabric breathes on a warm night. When you order from Vardhman Mills, your product ships directly from the same facility where it was made. No distributor warehouse, no third-party sourcing, no quality compromise in the chain. Factory-direct pricing means you pay for the product, not the markup layers. A significant part of our retail customer base is defence personnel — Army, Navy, and Air Force — stationed across India. This community doesn't respond to marketing; they come back when a product actually lasts, and they've been coming back to us for decades. We also serve retail customers across India through our website vardhmanmills.com, Amazon, and Myntra. Our premium D2C label Feather Touch is designed for customers who want factory quality with a more refined finish. We export to the Middle East as well, where Indian cotton home textiles have strong and consistent demand. Every batch leaving our factory is checked for colour fastness, stitching integrity, and dimensional accuracy. We use 100% cotton in our core product lines because experienced buyers feel the difference immediately. In over 40 years, that quality standard hasn't changed.
