Absolutely Horrible
Absolutely Horrible! Just opened this account and transferred 100 in to account on a Monday only to find I can't access my funds for 3 business days even though I have verified it was sent.
Can't get a live person! No reason but greed to hold my money. Soon as I get 100, I am in cancelling this card and suggest all customers do the same

Zelle is lame
Zelle became available but it won't let me do anything with it at all not even try to enroll or nothing. Its one thing to deny because certain requirements weren't met but i met them and still nothing

Your are limited to what you can do with your money
I wasnt able to get my money when I wanted to. They couldn't help and I had to use zelle to get my money from them because they said they couldn't do it. Who wants limitations on your money when you need it. Sorry excuse for a bank &business.

Don't use Varo
Don't use Varo. Is not good bank . Don't have customers service they false advertisement. Say soon as the money is deposited into your account they release funds been with them for 4 years never had this issue. I'm missing a total of $924 and they don't have a answer for me so I have attorney to file suit small claims class action court against Varo
