I'm sure you're going to wonder why anyone would give a positive review to a leasing company. Everyone hates leasing, right? Well, I sure have had some terrible experiences with other companies that make me grateful to have found VAR. I've been doing business with them now for 8 years.
What I want in a leasing company is quick financing, clear contracts that are balanced and not just in the leasing company's favor, helpful and friendly staff, the ability to accommodate special requests, being trustworthy and working to develop trust for me so that a useful business relationship is possible, and friendly staff.
VAR has all of these attributes. They were instrumental in helping my company build credit when it was young, and have improved their terms as we have built a track record. Paperwork is always easy. I enjoy working with their representatives. And most of all, I don't have those heart-stopping surprises I have had with other companies.
We will continue to shop around, but I've learned that the lowest rates aren't a good measure for how much the lease will cost you, and VAR offers good rates along with no expensive surprises, so their leases have cost us less on the whole compared to other companies which pulled tricks like surprise extra years on evergreen leases or late payment penalties when their ACH system failed.
