after sales service

wat een slecht bedrijf is dit dan ? ze laten je gewoon in de kou staan, mijn Vasco Aster is al 5 weken kapot en niemand die me wil of kan helpen. Toen ik met het bedrijf belde kreeg ik een botte dame aan de lijn die mij verwees naar hun klanten (groothandel) die mij dan moeten doorverwijzen naar de detail handel maar die zijn niet geïntresseerd in problemen.
