I contacted Vast for the first time after several years of not using their services. The first time was great and I was very impressed with the results. After the company fell into new management, I figured I'd give them another chance after having used some of their competitors which provided better results at the time.

I messaged @sweeps.gg on May 5th for the first time inquiring about their prices. Sweeps is owned by the co owner of Vast, Cody Reese. I later found out Cody is the one behind these rude and racist messages against me. I requested information on their pricing and after it was provided to me, I asked them how many followers I'd be getting in return so I could meet my KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) in my company.

I was met with being told to F* off and they claimed I have been harassing them and Vast for months which is simply not true. Vast staff were very unprofessional when I brought this complaint to them and banned me from their discord servers and blocked me on their twitter accounts.

Somehow a great and valuable resource for many esports companies and streamers has turned into a crap service online with poorly trained customer service agents and a whole lot of "give us your money and we give no value in return". What a joke.
