I worked with Suen Sun from the company. I changed the design once and spelling was incorrect when proof reading. It was changed immediately and new design in email for me to check. Communication was very easy even with time difference. Paid by credit card very simple process.Yes I will use again

Nora assisted me with my purchase and was EXTREMELY Communicative, Checking in on me often and always coming back with more info to my requests within 24 hours, She let me know when things were moving and allowed me to make small adjustments when needed. Worked with Nora & her team with great success! She was quick to respond, friendly, & patient. I made several tweaks to the design as I emailed back & forth, Nora kept up no problem. I was sent pictures to confirm each change in design, & sent a final picture of the ready-to-ship product. The designers did a wonderful job making custom keychains for my business in a timely manner, and shipping/delivery was exactly the time frame I’d been given from the very start of the process.

I would highly recommend Vast Gifts to anyone. I ordered iron on embroidered patches & metal lapel pins for a charity event in Ireland, DGR Kildare. At the very beginning, Serena made contact with me and went through the whole design and ordering process. Her help, courtesy and professionalism was invaluable in getting everything together. I was so happy with the level of service, I decided to also include an order of lapel pins for our whole team at Barberstown Castle. The total cost of this order, including delivery & customs was far less than any quotations I received in Ireland.
