Seriously, I have never had a company take so much care over my order before. Serena especially was a goddess throughout the whole process (even working during the weekend!), making sure the measurements and designs were all as per our wishes, always providing updates on the order, giving photos of the finished products, and so so SO patient.

We told Serena that the keychains and pins are needed for a concert on Sunday 23/11 and she ensured that the items were ready and shipped out with time to spare. But UPS, which was handling the delivery, almost messed everything up with so many issues.

Throughout it all, Serena stayed patient and caring, going the extra mile to contact UPS on her end to push them and provide all the necessary details (which had already been provided numerous times to UPS before). Unlike many other companies, she never ignored us as we panicked over the delivery delay or gave canned responses. She was genuinely trying to help us and make sure everything went well.

As for the keychains and pins, our recipient LOVES them and even added pictures of them to his IG album. To quote him, "The quality is insane!" and we can't wait for the concertgoers to enjoy them as well.

We're definitely ordering from Vast Gifts again, and looking forward to making more custom merch with them. Love you, Serena, and seriously thank you for all your help and patience!

Charles was very informative, and quickly replied to my questions. We communicated through email. I sent a custom logo and received a proof within a short time. Once I approved the pin and paid for the order, production was very quick. Again, I received information on shipment and everything went very well. I received the order today and the pins are fantastic. Colors are spot on and vivid. I would recommend the company and will reorder.

I ordered a flag pin from VastPins and couldn't be happier with not only the product but the entire customer service process. I had so many little requests to add and change to the design and after two rounds of samples Charles was still very happy to accomodate until my order was perfect.
