Fake and scam ever !! Booked appointment and paid around 300€ an year ago. No money refunded, no appointment given. They kept saying we are sending the payment out etc. but never received and it has been a month. Stay away from them as much as possible.

This company commits fraud. They canceled my appointment and initially agreed to refund me per contract signed and then they have not and it has been three months. They have ghosted me.

My appoinment got cancelled and they took from me money and its been 3 mnth no refund . Vatikans giving more excuses . please aware of this agency and never contact them . Fraud people 🥲

They’re basically scammers. They charged money for no service. No refund. Fake emails and names. No phone connection. Avoid them!

Fraud Visa consultancy -
On 3rd April 2025, this consultancy took 250 euro to book a Schengen visa appointment for Spain.
On 16th of May I got an email stating the embassy has cancelled all the appointments and if no other dates are suitable for you we will refund your money .
It’s been one and a half month , I have been following up every single day over an email.
Their contacts are fake, which you really can’t call.
I want to file an official complaint against this consultancy as it’s mental harassment.
Kindly let me know if anyone had similar experience.
I want the money refunded earliest as it’s really high time now, and I have zero faith in them.

Vatikans are refusing to pay my refund and delaying the process by constantly replying with “we will check with the team” or “the refund failed due to system error.” It’s been over 2 months! They scammed me and they even scammed a person by making them go to an appointment that doesn’t exist.

I have reported them and soon their Facebook and instagram pages will be closed along with their business. I’m relieved to know that no one will be scammed by them ever again!

I reached out to Vatikans on 28 Apr for visa assistance with Spain. I paid them €140 upfront for their services for June appointment. Although they stated they had a couple availability dates, they did not confirm the timing and I kept pestering them to confirm for the following weeks without luck. Two weeks to the said appointment on 13 Jun, I emailed them again only to be told that all appointments had been cancelled. No email. No update.
I requested for a refund and shared bank details as requested and they informed me that the refund would be received within 7 days. Those elapsed and I got no refund and since then its been a cycle of they are having issues I wait for 1-2 days but still to no avail. yesterday, the 25 Jun, I got an email stating that they are facing banking delays and I wait till the end of the month. Their actions and lack of communication only makes me think they are fraudsters so please stay away from Vatikans

My name is Ankan Biswas, residing in Dublin. I am writing to formally report fraudulent activities carried out by Vetikans, a service provider I found advertised on Google, claiming assistance in obtaining appointments with the BLS Spain office( 2A Chamberlain Court, Richmond Avenue, Drumcondra, Dublin, D03 DY93 )

On their email assurance, I paid for a confirmed appointment scheduled for May 13th, 2025. However, upon arrival at the BLS Spain office, the officer on duty informed me that Vetikans had not arranged such an appointment.

Despite multiple attempts to contact Vetikans via emails and phone calls for a refund, they continue to evade responsibility and have provided no resolution..

STOP 🛑! PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM!!!!

This organisation is clearly a fraudulent setup, the contact number they provided is fake, I made payment of €140 on the 4th March on the basis of that there’s an appointment for Spanish embassy on the 1st May, then they cancelled & came back to say there’s another appointment on the the 13th May, they then responded with another cancellation the worst part is that I can no longer reach them on WhatsApp, they’re messages are not delivering.

I paid €240 for Netherlands appointment slots. Over a month now, no dates provided. Customer support have only one guy and probably using alias name - “John” .
Have completely stopped texting on WhatsApp and Support mails.
Don’t trust this platform, even in the past they have given slots to people but you could be someone like me.

I paid €140 to this agency for help booking a Spain visa appointment. They claimed it was already secured, but after repeated requests for confirmation or a reference number, they kept delaying and said they’d update me in April. My appointment is supposed to be this Thursday, but I haven’t received anything and now my messages aren’t even being delivered.

I even went to the address they provided, but no one was there. It turns out they don’t have a legal or physical office. I also called the official Spain visa center to check, and there’s no appointment booked under my name or passport number. This agency is clearly fraudulent. I’ll be reporting them to the Garda. Please be extremely cautious and avoid this service.

I had a very shady experience with Vatikans visa bot services. Initially after payment I was given an appointment confirmation for VFS Netherlands Dublin for 4th April (however they only mentioned date and time, no reference #). On 31st Mar morning I get an email from them saying that slot is not available and they can book Austria or NL after 10th Apr. I was shocked and confused as to why they earlier confirmed an appointment. As I had made all necessary bookings for flights for multi entry, I ranted to them and they said they will book the NL slot for 11th April.
When I followed up, they immediately sent an appointment confirmation for 11th 9am which sounded suspicious.

Today I got an email from them saying the same thing, that slots are no longer available and that they can either book Spain or Austria. I felt this was clear scamming and asked for a refund.
Since I booked legit flights (via Ryanair which is not refundable) and hotels, plus had to take leave to travel from Galway to Dublin (twice!) , this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend Vatikans.
Hope this review helps those who are thinking to get appointment via Vatikans. They cannot be trusted fully.

I didn’t know whether it was a trusted service, but the people are genuine and very helpful. Got a premium appointment and my Schengen visa in two weeks

They are a bunch of cheaters and liars. They promised minimum three months of visa in their mails. Now we have recieved 1.5 months visa because of their lies.

The company is reliable, and their services are great. You receive the best responses, and they are quick to assist, making their service excellent.

I was attended to almost immediately I contacted them and I also got an appointment that same week which was very perfect for me. I’ll use them again!

I have try on several occasions to get Schengen visa from Africa to Europe for tourism but it wasn’t successful.
But with the introduction of Vatikans by a friend at work place I decided to give it a try even though I wasn’t sure of getting the visa.
After contacting Vatikans with an appointment booking I have received my visa yesterday.
I really appreciate their support and time especially how they response to my questions whenever I need clarification.
With their checklist given to me, everything was a success.
I’ll rather rate Vatikans 1000% and I hope to work with your agency all the time and refer more people to your agency.

The Vatikans are great with their swift responses and ability to provide you with an appointment date/time of your choice.
I did not experience and hiccups/delays from themselves or the Spanish visa application centre.
