40L bag- Shoulder straps are terrible
The actual bag compartments are fantastic and you can't really fault it at all, however the strap design makes no sense whatsoever. the padded section does not actually sit on your shoulder as it is too short which means the weight of the bag is on the thinner unpadded strap which makes it uncomfortable to wear. If this was a £20 bag, you could make a case as it is cheap, but when I have paid £125 I expect everything to be perfect. As I have worn it now and took the tag off I won't be able to return either. Very unhappy.

Delivery was really slow

Very disappointing experience – damaged bag, poor packaging and incorrect refund
I ordered a Vaultbag for £139 and, after waiting for it to arrive from the US, it was delivered damaged and stained. The bag had been sent in nothing more than a plastic mailing bag, which was split and taped over, offering very little protection for an item at this price.
I followed Vaultbag’s instructions and provided several photographs showing the condition of the parcel and the bag without using it. Although a return label was eventually provided, the whole experience has been unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing.
When the refund was finally issued, it was for the wrong amount. A restocking fee had been deducted and I had also been charged for the return postage, despite the item arriving damaged. This meant I had to contact Vaultbag yet again to request the remainder of the money I was owed, only to be told the matter needed to be escalated internally.
For a supposedly premium product, I expected far better quality control, packaging and customer service. I requested a full refund rather than a replacement, as this experience has left me with no confidence in ordering from Vaultbag again.

Brilliant bag with lots of pockets
Brilliant bag with lots of pockets. I particularly love the ability to 'vacuum pack' it in order to fit more stuff in.
I flew Ryan Air this week and had absolutely no issues with it on board. It's fantastic and was just perfect for my 3 day city break. It's comfortable on my back too.
