Never got my profit

Never got my profit. Elena who was my account manager never told me about the additional monies I will need to pay before getting my profit paid in my bank account. When it was time to withdraw she contacted me and told me it’s time to withdraw. She took me through the process of withdrawing on the vaultcoinfx page. Once I was done, I received an email from vaultcoinfx support saying I needed to pay transfer fee of $200 before my profit can be paid into my bank account. I told Elna about this and she said I must just paid. I asked her why she didn’t tell me before I invested and she just said I must paid it it’s a once off. I paid the $200 then I received another email telling me I need to pay 10% of my profit as management fees. Again I asked Elena why she never told me she said I must just pay it, I’m close to receiving my profit. If I don’t have it I can borrow from friends and family. I never paid it.
