Transparent and easy to follow

The overall interaction and experience with the VF team created reassurance that they are not only in the industry for legitimate business but that they care about the trader, the industry and legislation governing the industry.

The platform, the staff and communication is always prompt and professional.
1 or 2 incidents with the actual trading platform but over the challenge period its fairly insignificant.

The next test comes with the payment of any funds generated and withdrawals requested. Based on what the current journey has been, I am confident they too will pass that with flying colors.

Shout out to Fault Funder Team, from Support to trading conditions to pay outs. Not issues. Honestly haven't found a prop firm that comes close. Keep up the good work.

Breach your account without hitting your daily loss limit. And the quick response that you usually get when you just purchased your account dissappears because you need clarification on why they closed your account. Rather save and trade your personal funds

I managed to pass a few accounts on Vault Funder. One thing that I am not a fan of is that there is commissions on indices once you pass while there isn’t any on the challenge phase. But overall the support is amazing and the trading conditions are good.

I have just passed my one step challenge, I have been using vaultfunder for A while now it is A very easy platform to use and to execute trades on.

however I feel that the rules are a-bit bleak, I feel that if I have payed for my account and it states that you have A maximum of 5% daily risk I should be able to spread my risk as I please without going over the 5% daily loss limit.

My issue behind this is I only trade 1 instrument and only take 1 trade per day.

So risking only 1% feels like A waste of time.

I have been using vaultfunder since Aug 2024. switched from a few others. I have always had regular responses from any queries, love the discount codes when available and the fact that they also reach out to the public and customers to talk about all issues. Open and transparent. . Love the mails daily advising on new events and what will affect your trading and market volatility. Great support and if I have an issue and ask Chris and Keegz in the live trading sessions, and they have been as honest and helpful. Nice to actually see the people behind the prop firm and gives a level of comfort.

I passed a 1-step evaluation. The trading conditions were really good, the challenge fee is very competitive as well as the profit split. I have not traded on my funded account yet, so hopefully the service is just as good when trading the live funded account
