Simply NOT the best
After receiving a funded account, I feel obligated to revise my initial rating and give traders that are considering this PropFirm a heads up. With the initial assessment, one is free to use your strategy the way you want. Only rules are, do not exceed your daily and total loss and achieve your target. Once funded, you get bombarded with rules, of which the news rule is the worst. If you are a trader that do your analysis, fundamentals, make use of buy/sell stops, set TP's and SL's, this is not the firm for you. One of my trades (which was planned way ahead of news time) closed during this news rule of them, and my account got deactivated. All my time and profit gone (a good way for them to make money out of people, but bad for traders). Luckily this happened on day 2 only. Imagine this 2 days before payout. I am not a news trader because I do not like to gamble. But if one of my trades closes due to a TP or SL that forms part of my strategy that was set well in advance of a news event, is absolutely ridicules. If you are a hit and run trader, with no strategy in place, this is your guys. They encourage SL and TP, but hit it at the wrong time, you lose all profit and they win. Then they proudly say that you can start afresh after buying a new assessment. Rather search for a Firm where you are free to use your strategy and not adapt to theirs which is designed to benefit them and not the trader.
