Wrote to company as above box was missing dividers and inserts, it states on their website …. This Vault X Exo-Tec® Card Box is crafted with durable, water-resistant Exo-Tec® material and a soft microfiber lining, to keep your cards safe. Includes 3 card dividers and 2 foam dividers included inside to keep your collection organised and secured.

However, they responded ….. “ Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement as the dividers are a complimentary item included inside the deck box.
I apologise for any disappointment this may cause. If there is anything else I can help with, please let me know.”

VaultX always delivers on expectations! I just wish the ME2.5, neon orange and neon blue made a return!

Always brilliant service from VaultX and the binders are the best in terms of quality and protection for cards. We have over 10 of these binders and they are all outstanding quality. I had an issue with my latest order and the customer service to replace this binder was first class with a replacement sent very rapidly. Personally I wouldn’t look at any other binder apart from VaultX for my cards.

Initially, my parcel was lost by the mail company, the customer support from vault x was incredible, they got back to me rapidly and instantly solved the issue. The sleeves I ordered are also perfect! Highly recommend this brand!

I've ordered quite a few times from Vault X, yet last time I ordered from Vault X, the binder was damaged. When I mailed the Vault X Customer Support Team with pictures and a description of it, they apologized and now they will send me another exact same binder as replacement, also letting me keep the damaged binder. Hopefully the new binder will be the quality I'm used to. I'm also genuinely amazed with this customer support, aswell the binders (other than the damaged one) have always been absolutely perfect and great quality. I love this company, the binders are perfect and the customer service is absolutely perfect.

I just got into collecting TCGs a few months ago. I wanted to make sure I bought binders that were trusted within the community and VaultX became my choice. Sunday, May 10th I was traveling, and set my binders on the top of my vehicle to get my child into their car seat. Unknowingly I left my binder on top of my car. The binders stuck to my car for about a mile and 30mph speeds. After a light panic attack, and finding my binders on the road I noticed a scuff marks on the outside, but more important ZERO damage to my cards. Not even dislodged from their binder sleeves. All stayed perfect!

I reached out to customer service to tell them the story and thank them for having quality binders. I did NOT ask for anything I just wanted to thank them. To my surprise they actually reached out and offered replacement binders. I’m beyond pleased with investing in this company, and rest assured VaultX will be the only binder I use for my collection! Amazing company, amazing customer support, thank you!

Good quality prodcuts for TCG protection and great customer service.

I ordered a binder and received the correct binder but the quality was downright awful. Small tears on multiple pages, dust and debris scattered throughout the binder, and awfully aligned stitching. Like it had just arrived as a return from a customer, and was immediately shipped back out to me. Avoid this company, very disappointed with their “premium quality”. What a joke.

Love everything about the VaultX binders. We purchased one for every lorcana release, including the special editions. They feel great and have that heft of real quality. Of all things, what's sold me the most is the zipper! It's got one of the smoothest zippers I've ever seen, which makes the whole experience that much better.

On top of that, their customer service is on point. One page in one of our binders did end up tearing a bit. Not huge, but my wife was devastated. I sent in a message late at night, and the issue was resolved before she even got up! I got to tell her that not only was the customer service great, but the replacement was already set to be shipped! Highly recommend this company.

My Binder for Perfect Order IS AMAZING. The packaging was great, the price was RIGHT and the quality exceeded my expectations, especially when comparing with some of the binders selling from $60-$120. Will most definitely be purchasing from Vaultx when I master set other series. Thank you again for the great experience.

My favourite binders, absolutely love the looks and the feel but can't give give stars because they have started with the FOMO stuff with low qauntities of the ME2.5 and SV1 and SV3 never beeing restocked leaving us collectors that want to get the complete series having to pay 3-4 times as much on Ebay. If they just actually did restocks it would be 5+

I ordered a binder from Vaultx which was shipped very quickly, however sadly it was damaged. I contacted the customer service team and everyone involved were so lovely and jumped into action to sort this error. for me within 24 hours.

A new binder was sent out next day (Sadly got lost in post) But they sorted yet another binder out also next day.

I have now got that binder in my hands and its in perfect condition. just what i expect from such a good binder company.

I can't thank Vaultx enough for this, i'm very happy with my purchase and will buy from them again.
