Most useless carparts store I've ever come across ever, from customer service to delivery updates. Ordered a seal 2nd of Jan, it's almost a month now and still no signs of it. Rang about 20times but I just kept being passed to another person to another. Seems like they don't know what they're doing. Same reasons it's either the department is too busy or they'll tell you that you'll get a call back but you get f* all after. Don't go near them, shipping takes ages, aliexpress is quicker. Do not go near these bunch of idiots. Never received my item neither my refund. They can keep the €21, enough lunch money for their staff at the desks

If I could I give them 0,exactly 12 months ago I send them back something I bought for them,after 12 months they done a refund,but obviously I changed my bank card since then ,funny I know,I talked to them over the phone saying to me tonreply back on the email received from them,so I can probably wait another 12 months for a refund,is unbelievable how quick they grab the money when you make an order,but for a refund us practically take them years.
I rated this poor company as 1 star as I was unable to rate minus as it deserves.
I ordered a set of wheel nut covers for my insignia, wrong size was delivered, far too big. They have continued ignoring emails so am now left with an item which has no use to me. AVOID this company at all costs unless you want to be left out of pocket from a company that obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Are they even genuine parts?

Ordered some wheel nut covers, wrong size, have been trying to sort out but nothing but radio silence. I feel like I have been robbed thanks Vauxhall Superstore for nothing!!
Ordered an urgently required part which showed as in stock.
I received an immediate acknowledgement stating that I would be advised when part had been shipped.
Three days later, still no word of delivery.
I emailed asking what was the reason for delay and received no reply.
I ordered another part from an eBay company and emailed Vauxhall Superstore to cancel my order and refund my payment - that got their attention as about 24 hours later I received notice of dispatch.
The eBay sourced part is due today and this will let me finish the job.
Not sure when the VS part will arrive, but it will be redundant.
If you have an urgent need for a part, I would strongly advise against using this company unless the part cannot be sourced elsewhere.
Experience can be a costly business!
I ordered touch up paint for my van, which was up to 5 days delivery. I waited over the 5 days, but the item has just never turned up. I've messaged them and never had any response. They've essentially just stolen my money. Absolute shambles of a company
Shocking service should be ashamed of themselves. Over a month a half now and no word from the company after multiple emails

Ordered a locking wheel nut. If I’d known they use Evri, I would have avoided. After weeks of delays due to Evri’s incompetence (the driver came from Bristol, over 100 miles away, poor guy!), the part didn’t fit. I went to a Vauxhall dealer, who said the part was wrong, and that it was the Superstore’s fault, and that they hear this all the time.
I sent the nut back, at my own expense. There’s an unclickable ‘returns’ line on the completed order form, so I couldn’t use that. Instead, as there isn’t a phone number, I wrote a number of emails, to which they didn’t respond.
The Royal Mail delivery was tracked, so I knew they’d received it. I sent a letter with the parcel. No response.
Six weeks and dozens of emails later (I just spammed their inbox with the same refund demand multiple times a day), I receive a refund, not including the postage. No comment, no apology.
Use eBay instead!
Wow, wish I had read these reviews before buying from these guys. Bought a door from them, collected it and insisted I pay cash, promised a receipt which I chased a few times - nothing. Painter said door was useless, been trying to organise a refund, even offered to drop off but nothing. Terrible people and terrible business. Court action next. Avoid !
Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered some bolts from them 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived despite an email 4 days ago saying that they've been dispatched, and paying extra for a quicker delivery. My advice - don't bother.
Ordering from the website was straightforward, and the order came through really quickly. I ordered late on a Monday evening and received confirmation of my order immediately. The order was dispatched the following day, and I received the items first thing on the Thursday. Whenever I rang up and spoke to anyone they were really helpful. The car items were perfect. Cannot fault Vauxhall Superstore.

Customer service is Absolutely useless and 100% none existing.
Purchased some parts unfortunately wrong and have now waited 4 weeks 10 emails no answer what so ever.
Tracking recieved for UK when destination Sweden with no way to track and no deliveries what so ever.

Easy to order. Placed order Monday, shipped Tuesday, receved Wednesday. Got a link with tracking info and emails confirming order and shipment. Genuine part received. Have to get under the car and replace the damn thing now.
Was sent wrong item and have sent numerous emails to try and resolve with no reply. Now been 11 days since receiving wrong item and still waiting!!!!
Sent cheap inferior part not what I was expecting totally different from image on there website why don't you put Image of what customer will receive! or is there a reason you don't Won't use again your better of going to eurocarparts
Over a month to receive order (6920)
I made an order with this company,and days later i received someone else's order i sent an email and days later i got a reply asking for a photograph of items i received,i done this and they replied days later,with a message stating they would send my order when they had the items in stock,with a return label for wrong items sent.
Two weeks later still no order, i asked for a refund,they said i would have to return the wrong items and try and claim the postage.
So i just asked them to send my order,as i was not wanting to be further out of pocket.Over a month later the items have arrived.
I am Flabbergasted at the shocking customer services,They treated me as though i was in the in the wrong for them sending me the wrong items.
For the person who expected 6 bolts and received my order they have now been returned a month later.
Poor communication. Ordered parts on 28/06/20 with one part having to be ordered from germany, I emailed and got a reply to find this out a 10 days after order. I have emailed several times since with no reply. Poor service and communication. Would not recommend
