Very poor communication and disrespectful service. Lots of drama. I ordered almost one week but no response no shipping no refund. Scammer, Beware from this❗️

I purchased a hot water tap (Hanstrom)for a client 6 months ago and it stop heating. I contacted verana after repeated attempts and spoke to someone who told me they would look into and call me back. Now Three weeks on after sending videos of a not heating unit in every possible sinario of setting and still not working I'm still having to chase them for a replacement to honour the guarantee. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The product arrives looking nothing like what is advertised on the site and then they ignore requests for a refund. total scam

That is the kindest thing I can say about the company. I placed an order, several weeks ago and now two weeks into it, I have nothing. I have emails they send saying "it's on the way." Yet when I click through the tracking link, or go to track via USPS website, nothing. There is a label created, but no actual tracking. They of course sent the email of "it's on the way" 5 days prior to the actual label being created.

I have tried contacting them, email, phone call, any form of contact, but the only response I get, "it's on the way, its international shipping, its always like this, sorry" with a link referring me back to their shipping policy that says it can take up to 21 business days.

They don't share any of their shipping information policies, refund policies, or any other information with you prior to the sale, but they are sure good about sending out the same link to the same "shipping policies" without actually allowing you to contact.

I've finally had to contact the credit card company to start a fraud process because there has been no response from the company.

Took forever and paid 180$ for a harness set. It was total crap. I knew before i even opened the clear plastic that it was garbage. Dont buy.

I ordered like a month ago an did not receive my order yet and dont know if it will come in the future. The communication with the service team is very disappointing and it all seems like a big scam. They send me a link where i could track my order. It said it has been delivered in my mailbox in New York (I live in Europe) then i wrote them again what this had to mean. They send another tracking link from another website. There it said it is still in china, two days later in Budapest and now it should be finally in the right country. But after all that i can not trust or believe anything they told or sent me. Already biggest waste of money.

Screwed up and placed an order before thoroughly checking reviews. I ordered and within minutes went back to check and there's nothing to even review your order. I immediately called my credit card company and was told the company has 15 days to fulfill before they can refund so I emailed Vavana directly and got a "no we don't refund email" which just speaks to their lack of reliability. We shall see what happens but I'm not optimistic based on other reviews. Don't make my mistake. Ish looks hot but I'm fairly positive I'll be disappointed upon arrival...if that ever happens.

This website falsely advertises the items that they sell! I purchased two items, the bra set came in with was sewn lopsided, there were tears in the material, the underwear legs holes were two different sizes, and did not cover anything. The right bra cup hardly covered a nipple and the left one had so much material I could shove another boob in it. The lace was so unevenly cut. The second item I didn’t receive. I have been trying to get a refund for these products for over two weeks. Don’t waste your money.

Scam. Item took a month to get here and it’s a cheap knockoff of what I ordered. Found the right product on fashionova and it was in my mail box in 3 days.

Check the return policy before you purchase anything!
I bought an item which said 'one size', but it didn't fit in any way.
So, lots of money gone and no option to get a refund. Never going to buy something here again.

This company is a complete rip off. I purchased an order two months ago and still haven’t received my package. I recently contacted them about this issue and have yet to receive any help. This company has poor customer service and highly recommend that no one waste their time and money on this place. What a joke.

The shipping was tooo slow like, it took 1 month and a half, and i orden 2 items and i just got 1.

Should have known better …. I dropped so much money on an order and followed the sizing recommendations on the website. All of the things I purchased didn't even pretend to fit, couldn't get them above my knees. It was like they used child size patterns to create. The lingerie item isn’t even close to the image and I’m not talking about the difference between the model’s body and mine and the quality was utter garbage. Total waste of money. Turns out their website says you can’t return due to sizing errors? What kind of bull is that!? THE RETURN POLICY IS A COMPLETE JOKE!

Also, all the positive reviews are either bots or employees of the company … just order something for yourself, you’ll see how unbelievable the good reviews are.

They do not honor return policy... When you contact them, they ignore you. Quality of products are extremely poor. You are better off spending money at walmart for better quality and quantity. And I know, walmart does not sell intimates like what Vanana advertises. But believe me, products look nothing like the pictures. I bought this as a gift and my wife and I thought the package received was a prank.

I did, and received an item with missing parts. Refund / exchange policy is not honored.

Shipping took forever which was not a huge deal. The lingerie set isn’t even close to the image and I’m not talking about the difference between the model’s body and mine. The bra too in the picture has curved cups; in real life it is a band of plan black elastic that goes straight across your underboob. The underwear in the pic has 4 straps on each hip; in real life there are 4 on one side and 3 on the other lol. The quality is laughable. Total waste of money.

I ordered in November 2020. It's now June 2021, I have sent countless emails and I still haven't received my item and they stopped replying to my emails after they said they would get in touch to send a new item

Fraud!! I did not get my purchase and the tracking order links were all broken. When asking for a refund because my package was never delivered, they asked me to submit a claim through usps. They did not mail through usps. I reported them to my bank.
