Oh yes, they will send you goods, but not the one you've order.

Please report them via Paypall to try to get your money back.

Item nothing as described! Slow shipping and total piece of crap coat! Scam!

It is a good place for shopping. when I saw this I was shocked. it is a very nice and safe place. Allows time it is safe and working.

Be aware the goods are coming from China! Asked for refund and a month later still not got my money back !

No coat delivery 6 weeks down the line got PayPal involved so vava space tried to get me to close the case saying they will only refund if I close the case first (so I would have no chance of trying again if it wasn't refunded) refused to close the case so a piece of absolute garbage nothing like the picture was sent out and delivered another 2 weeks later. Scam all the way and I'm not alone.

Terrible company. Took them THREE MONTHS to send an item that had an estimated shipping time of 3 weeks. Corresponding with customer service was difficult and frustrating and they refused to give me another tracking number. Finally the order came and its a complete piece of garbage. The seams are coming undone and it smells like chemicals. Absolutely was not worth the weirdly expensive price.

One of the most decently priced products one can while shopping online. When my order was delayed, customer service was quick to respond and helped me track my order.

Same experience. No merchandise at 40 days opened a PayPal dispute and slow response from customer service didn’t even address my issues-

Over 5 weeks since money was taken and no clothes. Asked for a refund and they said that takes time. I believe this company is a scam and don't have clothes. No refund yet. Will take it up with the credit card company.

I did lots of research online before finally settling to buy from them. Yes, their price was the most affordable for the gown I got they the treated me nicely. Spoke with their support handle and she was very knowledgeable and understanding.

I haven't had any issues in my 3months of shopping here. When I saw some bad reviews I thought it might probably be the handwork of competitors, so I had to at least leave a genuine review to help out. I still shop here till date and would recommend their services to everyone.

Ordered two coats on Nov 10th. Initially tried to cancel the order due to complaints about quality and service and the Customer service person persuaded me to "wait and see".

Flash forward to Dec 3rd. I reach out and ask where my shipping confirmation has gone. Was asked to wait a while longer or maybe take a $5 coupon for another item. Informed company that if my items had not shipped by Dec 6th I was opening a claim through PayPal. Response came that they told their shipping people to hurry up.

Dec 6th came - no shipping confirmation. Opened claim in Paypal. Vavaspace rep DM'ed me through FB and told me that once I dropped the dispute they would refund my money. AS IF.

I did not drop the dispute and my money was refunded. Do NOT purchase from this vendor.

They've been helpful or months now that I've been shopping here. I don't need to stress myself about my deliveries because they take their time to deliver feature and on time. One doesn't need to stress with so many calls like many other online stores and I love them for that.

Scam - I hope you have paid by credit card or paypal, because that is the only way you will get anything from this transaction.

No response to emails asking where my order is 6 weeks on. I raise a dispute through paypal to seek some form of response. They tell me that the ordered item has not been made yet...and could I wait another couple of weeks...close the dispute, so that the money isnt frozen for them?

At no point do they tell you on their website or in the confirmation order that you have bought the 'idea of an outfit' and that you will need to wait two months for it to be made, then another month for it to be delivered.

I dont think my item ever existed and this company is out to fleece its clients.

I don't know if they are just understaffed or if the bit off more than they can chew when they decided to advertise on FB but they are sorely missing quality anything. Over a month past my order one item of my two item order showed up. Very cheap Chinese goods. Total knockoffs. Have filed a claim with my credit card company. Not good business at all

I ordered 3 items on November2 , spent more than $100 .Contacted company several times , got only lame answers, sent them message 2 days ago saying they are thieves and should be investigated . They blocked me.I called my Cc and told them the story , getting refund ...Unbelievable stuff, I should report them to FBI ..scams

Scam site they take your money and never deliver

Do not order anything from them. I've been waiting for over 40 days. On the phone with my CC to cancel and get a refund. Horrible customer service as well.

I placed an order, never received my item. When I contacted them (and the only way is through a DM on Facebook) they blocked me. I have reported them to the FBI. They are a scam.
