The size was all wrong
The size was all wrong . Ordered a medium & it was so tight . Very disappointed & I've bought exactly the same thing elsewhere in a medium and it fits perfectly

Ordered a beautiful dress from Vavavoom. Arrived so quick. Dress is a little big but can be altered. I asked if there was a smaller size but unfortunately not. Response to my query was so fast from Niamh. Great service, would highly recommend. Will be shopping again!

I got these 2 dresses and was so happy with the speed of the delivery and the dresses themselves. Both are stunning, excellent quality and flattering. They hug in the right places and have sexy partings but remain classy. I’m thrilled with my first, but certainly not last purchase.
I was charged delivery when I qualified for free shipping and notified the customer service team. They immediately responded to this and I had a refund processed quicker than I expected. They’re true professionals and I’d be happy to recommend the dresses and the company to all my friends and family.

I've returned an item due to a flaw in the stitching which Vavavoom claim are finished threads and not a flaw despite a dressmaker telling me differently. Have just got notification of my refund and am absolutely disgusted that not only have I not been reimbursed for postage paid on delivery of item but have been charged a further return fee. Incredibly poor
