Awful Customer Support and Shipping
Awful customer service and tried to ship a product without checking if it was legal in my country.
Parcel was never received and customer service wouldn't do anything for weeks at a time.
I asked for a refund and they didn't want to give me one until more than a month of shipping time had elapsed.
They continue to allow buyers to buy from my country on their website even though they know it's illegal here and won't get through import process.
