Advertised tonneau covers and said they would be delivered by Christmas. Paid 400.00 for it and then get a message today 12-12-2024 that it is not in stock and 15 days to get a refund. I am fuming mad about it.
Ordered off this site, no confirmation email, did not reply to any of my emails and did not receive my order, I had to get PayPal involved, product from coco’s cosmetics.. advice DO NOT use them
I registered as a seller but then realised that the payment options are only for people with a PayPal or Stripe account. I wanted to close my account, but I couldn't find any option to do so. I then contacted customer service about this, asking them to close my account. It's been a week and I still got no reply from them.
Update: After posting this review, I immediately got an e-mail saying that they had closed my account.
