Now they provided only vplus go player which must have license key and there is no respond from them when facing license issue. Saw some reviews that they faced the same issue.
Without the key, the player is totally useless.
I sent the company a screenshot of the message I got when I tried to download the software. I got an error message that said the website wasn't available. I sent them a copy of the screenshot and they said that I downloaded the software twice therefore they wouldn't give me a refund. How could I have downloaded it twice when I could never access it? If I could give a -5 review I would.
