6 Months...still no glasses
I ordered glasses in June 2025. It's the middle of January 2026. They've messed up the prescription four times. I finally gave up and went to a local store. Worst experience ever.

Place is an utter joke
Place is an utter joke, some lady who answers the phone can't even identify herself and has an attitude when asked a simplistic questions about Oakley frames.
All I asked was if it were possible through their business if I purchased Oakley Flak Jackets, if they can be clear lenses. She gasps in a rude tone as if I am interrupting her day and looks into the frames and immediately says no can't help you and hung up on me....
Some business that allegedly supports Veterans should be shut down! False advertising!

If you're a Veteran looking for even more poor service from a VA-affiliated entity, this is the place to go. Over two weeks and my Glasses haven't been made or shipped. Called and left a voice message asking for an update, no reply. It would have been better for me to pay $200 more from just about any other online glasses place and received them by now. Now I know for next year.
