A sad situation …
My daughter had an osmosis drinking fountain water system installed by VDF TEAM which has been an unmitigated disaster causing huge stress to myself and family.
The water fountain made me, a 77 year old woman , experience bad stomach cramps and made my young granddaughter and family along with family friends, very ill.
After the water company kept telling them the water was safe to drink and refused to test the water or help, my daughter had the water diagnosed by an independent laboratory that showed the water as having Ecoli!
No one came for over 2 weeks ! They then refused to reimburse her, were unsupportive and said the situation wasn’t bad enough to provide any compensation!
After weeks of stress they finally agreed but amazingly enough have now retracted causing yet more upset and stress!
My daughter was having skin cancer treatment at the time and wanted to avoid legal proceedings due to not wanting more stress at a difficult time.
I find this whole situation unbelievable and totally shocking.
This has now been going on since the 29th January and she still has no water or received any form of compensation from this company and continues to be having stomach problems.
Take our experience as a warning !
