Many things went wrong with my order, but I can't give Van den Heuvel & van Duurenany anything less than 5 stars for their service and perseverance! When things don't go as planned, how problems are dealt with really shows the integrity of a business. The issues were primarily with the supplier's delivery of the materials (only supplier of Neolith products in the NL that I know of) but the team was fantastic in service and follow up and went above and beyond to make sure everything was solved and that I was happy. Kudos to Ton and Bas for a very happy (in the end) customer! Make no hesitations in working with these guys, I am recommending them to anyone that asks.
