I was importing my car from Bel to Ned
I was importing my car from Bel to Ned
and found Vds on the internet.Right from the initial contact and throughout the process all from Vds were extremely efficient and friendly,notably my main contact Arjan.
The regular updates very helpful as was the lift to Zoetemeer station on leaving and collecting the car. Rates very reaonsble,
Would certainly recommend Vds.

1. By auto email response, they kept updating my car status in every step.
2. They always suggested alternative whenever my car was blocked by paper work of Dutch goverenment.
I can’t imagine that I import my cat to Netherlands without VDS.

EU origin car, imported from Dubai
We imported our car from Dubai to Netherlands. The car was bought from Germany so it was an EU origin car, but coming from out of EU country. So it was a bit of unique case. The cost of the process was not very clear at the beginning due to that but Niels explained us details very well. The whole process was clear and is taken care of in the anticipated timeframe without any issues. He was very clear with communication and informative about the steps of the process.
The only thing which can be improved is the communication tool as it is not very efficient to run the entire communication in email while it is easier to make it on a call. I think it would be better if he had a company mobile so customers can reach to him directly as when we call over landline, he was not always around .
I definitely recommend working with them for hassle free and professional service.
