Polite and professional

I was that the engineer would call in the afternoon. To my surprise the engineer rang me around 10.30ish to say they would be with me shortly and my internet connection has been restored. Well done to both Sajid and Stephen, polite and very professional

Stephan & Sajid were fantastic

Stephan & Sajid were fantastic, I was without internet from Monday until Wednesday morning. Traditional troubleshooting wasn’t getting us anywhere but when the engineers arrived it was fixed within the hour

Great service from Flynn and Jack.

Flynn and Jack from Burnley did a great job sorting out my ONT issue. They were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything in a simple way and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Really appreciate the quick and efficient service—would definitely recommend!

Excellent all round service

Matthew and Wilkinson managed to resolve our lack of Internet at the first go. They quickly found out the issue was further away from my home in fact they traced the fault all the way back to the exchange. They fixed the issue pretty quick and kept me updated throughout. They came back later to check it out and were respectful of our home. 5* service.

Internet wasnt working, had engineers Jack and flying from Burnley, provided excellent customer service, very pleasant and professional. fixed issue within half an hour.
