11/01/23 Whilst I did leave a negative review of this company, as I also promised I would update if my problem got resolved.

I have updated to 4 stars - 1 star deducted as it cost me more to return it than it did to receive it.

Vecetti - you are VERY lucky you have Esther - she did reply to me eventually and resolved my issue 100%
The return was received today and I have just had an email confirming my refund has been processed.

I never go back on my word, and thanks to Esther - the 1 star review is now 4 stars.

I have emailed this company SIX times because I want to return the necklace I bought which is way too heavy for my neck. They have not replied to any email and there is not a single phone number anywhere on the internet for this company, so essentially there is no way to contact them!!!!!!

The customer service is zero - and I will NEVER purchase from here again unless they resolve this quickly and correctly I have literally taken it out of the box and realised it will cause major issues, I have explained this and still no reply

PS: I WILL change the review if they manage to come back to me and help...

I’m a perfectionist and this blew me away! Sparkles for days, the watch fit like a glove and the shipping was super fast. This isn’t mediocre by any stretch, literally looks like you’ve got 100k on your wrist. This was the finishing touch to my jewellery sets. The 45mm gold is a beast! If you’re looking to put your mind at ease before buying then please don’t stress, I’m over the moon with my watch and for the price it’s really a no brainier. I wish Vacetti all the best as it looks like they’re an up and coming brand. I won’t go anywhere els for my watches now guys, thanks!

I ordered the 45mm oak watch for my boyfriend, and it came so quickly! Unfortunately, the watch didn’t close properly.. but thank god for the warranty you automatically get with every purchase, I was able to email the support team and a very friendly lady called Kelly was very helpful and have already sent me my replacement at no extra cost!
Would definitely recommend buying from here as they look like real APs. Stunning watches

I have purchased 3 watches from Vecetti and they look great. If you like a bit of bling, they certainly are that. The watches look more expensive than you actually pay for them. Customer service is first class too!

Recently purchased a chain for a birthday gift from Vecetti. Unfortunately the gift did not arrive as planned however I emailed Vecetti who immediately arranged for a second delivery and even gave me a tracker link so I could keep an eye on the delivery. Happy to say the gift arrived quickly and the person the gift was for was very happy with it. Very good customer service would definitely buy from them again.

Read their refund policy first; it is a common trap used by vendors; the necklace came kinked, and the clasps were covered by plastic; for me to try the chain on, I had to remove the plastic to remove the kinks and be able to wear the product.

However, the removal of this plastic is a contradiction of their policies; I explained what had happened, and they said no and offered me a bracelet as face condolence for this mishap, citizens advice has informed me this operates against the Consumer Rights Act.

The necklace is currently in its original packaging, tried on once, in a parcel

I ordered a watch however wanted to refund it as i did not like it. On their website it says to email them however I have multiple times and they still haven’t gotten back to me. They only have a 14 day return policy so I’m not sure what to do now

Honestly 10/10 for quality and customer service as I started of buying a 5mm white gold tennis chain set but the bracelet ended up being too big so I contacted them to sort a refund so I can buy a smaller size and they ended up sending it to me for free. If your thinking of buying from this website pls do the amount of compliments I got from my chain made me want to buy more 😂

So I stumbled on this brand on Google, I have to say I am very impressed at the speedy replies I have received from their customer service team.

The Cuban bracelet is good quality and truly looks expensive. It's not like the cheap ones that use an ugly lobster clasp or a clasp that doesn't stay shut. The Cuban has a box clasp exactly like the ones the celebrities wear.

I'll try to take as best care as possible, and bought a special micro fibre cloth so I can clean it after I wear it. It's reassuring that their warranty covers fading though, so if I have any issues I trust that they will send me a new replacement for free.

I bought a 14mm iced out white gold Cuban link bracelet from this manufacturer. I have to say the quality is great, the bracelet has tons of shine and feels heavy and robustly made.

I actually want to buy the real diamond version with a full white gold core from Jason of Beverly Hills for $20,000, but it's nice to be able to test out the style by buying this one first. The stones look like diamonds and you can't really tell that it's not like the real thing. One more thing to mention is the added peace of mind, should someone try to mug me, I would gladly give way my bracelet rather than if it was worth $20,000.

I plan to wear it on special occasions and keep it packaged in the nice leather pouch provided. Their grey and black velvet box is very good quality; for this price point as well!

Overall, my experience with Vecetti has been very positive. It's important to remember to keep the jewelry away from water, sweat or perfume, other than that it looks like the real thing.
