I'm living in Portugal and I've ordered a Sim Card of Vectone Mobile about a month ago.
Suddenly the Website does not work anymore, no bundle codes are shown.
I did not transfer my number since I could not even reach the customer service.
Now I did my research and found many complaints of you guys.
I'm glad that I did not transfer my number.
I'll stay with Lyca mobile for sure.
But I found something interesting about the company:

So the Company is giving up business. But why they don't inform customers on their website or send an E-Mail to their users about it.
On Facebook, Lyca Mobile UK says they have network issues since they're renovating it recently.
Seems to be made up rubbish to me since they announced a winding up.
So many issues you discussed here like credits are getting eaten up automatically without using the credit, etc.
Stay away from this company!
