Destroyed My Website
A few days ago, problems started. Suddenly, I could no longer access my site—only a Netlify error appeared:
“Site not found – Looks like you followed a broken link or entered a URL that doesn’t exist on Netlify.”
This same error now appears even on their official website.
I contacted support multiple times but got zero response. No live chat, no email replies, nothing. Their entire platform is broken, and my site went down with it.
They have no official presence on social media. No Twitter, no Instagram, no Discord, no real YouTube channel (just some AI-generated videos with voiceovers). That alone should be a red flag.
Despite how clunky and bloated the app was, I kept using it for months just to avoid rebuilding everything from scratch. Now, because of their complete collapse, I’ve lost access to my homepage, header, footer—and I’m forced to rebuild my site from zero using a new builder (EComposer).
I’ve lost SEO ranking, customers, time, and sales—and I don’t know for how long.
Even if Veda comes back online tomorrow, I will still request a full refund. Too many days have passed, and their silence speaks volumes.
To make matters worse, their app injects code deeply into your theme, which makes migrating away a painful process. It’s not plug-and-play—it’s plug-and-pray.
Stay away from Veda Builder. It’s unreliable, unsupported, and potentially dangerous for your business.
