had a great experience with the person who essentially signed me up for Vee.com. We are a smaller medium size nonprofit. Vee really gave us the ability to not only apply to many grants we didn't know were available but we also won 1 within 4 months. We were finally able to get a bit more traction with social media. All these changes take time if youre a nonprofit you know grants and social media aren't things that happen overnight.

Zero value for money, still waiting for a refund

I subscribed to the Grant and Don packages for just over a year from September 2023, paying £1,527.42 (excluding charges), which represented all the net funds raised from our charity’s first fundraiser.

Despite engaging fully, none of the grant leads were relevant to our UK charity or our US-fiscally sponsored international initiative. I received no responses from any of the contacts I approached, and constructive suggestions I raised with the team were not taken forward. Cancelling the service appeared to be the only option offered.

Overall, the service did not deliver any value, and our limited charitable funds could have been better spent elsewhere. I have requested a refund and am still awaiting a reply. My last message was sent to the CEO on 18 July 2025.

Not a drop of understanding toward the customer.

I paid for a subscription plus extra features totaling around €200.

I used the app for two weeks (not even the full month I paid for), didn’t use any of the paid features, and realized it wasn’t for me. I stopped using the app and thought I had canceled the subscription.

Two weeks later, I was charged €140.
I asked for a refund since I hadn’t used the app (I have all the evidence) and explained the situation.

My request was denied.

Heartless people run this company — their own greed will be their downfall. Poor souls.
