I love the course

I love the course, a lot of recipes, the chef teach everything with a lot of detail and step by step, they make it easy and fun.

wonderful variety and exciting recipes

wonderful variety and exciting recipes

I love the artisan recipes and the simpler recipes. There are exotic recipes from around the world and they're all vegan! I think it's an amazing site, and I've already learned a lot. I've begun making my own fermented foods following the raw food course as well as sourdough from the sourdough course. I really love this site and I highly recommend it!

Veecoco has been absolutely amazing

Veecoco has been absolutely amazing. I am thoroughly enjoying all of the courses you have to offer and even prepared fresh Gnocchi for my family last night! I've been vegan for a while but recently hit a wall with new recipes and this has really inspired me and taught me so much!

I am a budding vegan

I am a budding vegan, i.e. not totally committed to a vegan diet but mostly vegetarian and in the process of learning. I live in Finland and find it difficult to find some of the ingredients, even though Finland has much in the way of vegan orientation like margarines, oils, etc.

I am using a few of the courses to begin building up menu ideas and lists of ingredients that I need to start finding. It's exciting and I appreciate the information and hints that the various chefs give. I will continue this exploration with interest and joy. (I still have 11 months of my subscription for the exploration.)

I haven't done much cooking myself yet. I am partially handicapped because of a bain stroke 12 years ago. (For example, I can't make a claw with my left hand to improve my knife skills.) Therefore, I am cautious when trying new things. But I have strong volition and I will get there.

I have a questions regarding kefir water and perhaps other probiotic principles. I am strongly lactos intolerant. When I've had kefir in the past, it has not gone well for me. I wonder if the kefir water would change that. We make our own yogurt from whole milk and it doesn't seem to bother me. We also make our own pickles and other fermented products. So I think I have a rather healthy gut, but I am presently taking a medicine that has really upset my system. I will have to work more with my doctor on that. So, any comments on kefir water?

I loved this course

I loved this course. I’ve taken a few cooking courses online before, but they didn’t do as good a job of explaining how things work as this course did. Chef Kronenberg’s explanations of how ingredients work was extremely helpful to me.

I loved the experience

I loved the experience. I replicated traditional and contemporary Italian dishes (delicious) and just dived around other courses to see ingredients and difficulty. I am celiac and I found a french pastry gluten free course that is amazing! Sometimes the cook uses ingredients that are not available in my country, however Lukas provided an alternative and gave a response to every question I made! I really like cooking at the same time I see the videos, to make sure I do it right. As the courses are enjoyable, I watched twice! Love it!

Amazing and unique vegan cooking…

Amazing and unique vegan cooking courses. Out of 20 courses, the only one with the typical vegan recipes is the vegan Brunch course. Otherwise, all of the other classes are completely unique with lots of different cuisines, like German, Italian and Swiss chocolate. Can't wait for more new recipes.

This course was amazing! I learned how to make vegan cheese that is the closest one can get to dairy cheese. I look forward to using the recipes in my homemade dishes.

He exemplifies what I, as an American, love about Italian culture. They can blend the heart, soul and mind together and present true art in art. music, design and food.

Amazing Platform to learn Vegan Cooking online! Veecoco offers the widest variety of teachers and delicious plant-based recipes to explore perfect for beginners and advanced foodies. Courses cover a wide variety of topics and new content is always added to the list. I always look forward to the new content it inspires me to play and create something delicious at home. All the videos are created in a professional way and beautifully filmed. It is very convenient that I can learn on my own time and yearly subscription is very affordable. Sam and Lukas done an amazing work and also are delivering a seamless customer service experience. I certainly couldn't recommend it more.

Love the course of chef Diana…

Love the course of chef Diana Kronenber. She explained everything, showed, told how to substitute the ingredients. Just my bakery is gluten free, but I can use the technique and her good lessons! Thank you chef Diana!

All my thanks for all the help

Due to the bad experiences of the last year, Veecoco has become my lifeline. It has given me focus and I have become immersed in the courses making me eager to try all the courses. With the help from feedback I have successfully made 8 different cheeses and my feedback from friends has been great.
Wasn't Vegan but what I have prepared has been delicious. Thinking of becoming totally vegan

When you started talking about saving…

Your answer had nothing to do with what I said. I just don’t wanna have people cramming down my throat that i’m harming animals when I eat meat. I did not say it was against my belief to eat or not eat animals.. I just said God gave them to us to eat.We have a right to choose what we want to eat or not. Other people do not have a right to tell us what to eat or not to.. unless we’re not a free country anymore..And that’s not here yet
