Empty package
I bought a gift box with a Versace perfume, and a body lotion several months ago. I waited almost two months for the package to arrive and when it finally did, it was a big empty box with nothing but plastic and air in it. I have reached out to the company many times without a response.
Do not buy from here!

Item was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago at the latest. I got a notification that it was shipped (from Belgium I think) more than one month ago. Tracking number doesn’t show anything and veepee can’t give any explanation, apologies, or any kind of compensation for the annoyance. Don’t use it.

I received really poor customer…
I received really poor customer service.
I ordered some shoes from Veepee in the sale for my son, I had been waiting for them to arrive and it went over the delivery date. I contacted customer service and asked politely where my order was. They told me it was cancelled and the supply couldn’t supply my product. I DID NOT let me repeat DID NOT receive an email even though they claimed to have sent me one and didn’t believe me.
I am now the one to tell my son that his shoes won’t arrive and leave him disappointed, I also asked if there was some kind of reimbursement- free delivery or money off next time we shop a kind gesture as we were left without a product. Common customer service to keep the ‘customer’ happy and coming back. But nothing was offered and they simply said to me ‘It's totally fine, if you do not wish to shop at Veepee anymore if you are not satisfied with our service’

unpleasant shopping experience
This is the first time we use Veepee because of the recommendation from my sister-in-low. We give our full trust to Veepee and bought an expensive quilt a couple of days ago. But we are disappointed when receiving the product. The quilt was squeezed in a small box without any packages, no plastic bag, no original package, no product description. The first impression to us is "is it a second-hand quilt?". It is an unpleasant experience for us and we have lost trust in Veepee.

Vi har valgt, at vi hverken skal tjene eller tabe penge på fragtomkostninger. Vi synes heller ikke, det er fair over for vores kunder, hvis alle betaler mere for varen, så nogle kan få fri fragt ved returnering af deres varer. Vi har til gengæld gjort det nemt for vores kunder, at de enten kan vælge kode til pakkeboks eller print-selv pakkelabel.
Vi ved, at hvis vi havde fri fragt, så ville vi få flere returvarer, hvilket vores koncept ikke kan bære i længden, da vi ikke er lagerførerende på varerne og derigennem kan tilbyde store besparelser på varerne. Dermed sagt har vi selvfølgelig ikke gjort det umuligt for vores kunder at returnere varer, hvis produktet ikke passer vores kunder.
Hvis du har udfordringer med vores returproces, så er du velkommen til at kontakte os, så vil vi meget gerne hjælpe dig.
