It is a really good VPN, however, sometimes, Chromium asks me for the username and password of the VeePN proxy. I have to disconnect and reconnect the VPN.

Works very well for my needs, doesn't have any leaks.
I wish it implemented the XRAY/v2ray protocol, Shadowsocks can be blocked sometimes and it doesn't work system-wide.
But other than that the service works OK.

Very deceptive in their promises and advertising. They make it appear that is a monthly charge, but then pre-bill you for 2 years of “service”. Then try to get you money back!…. After multiple requests, clarifying the issues I have yet to receive any refund or even an explanation why they failed to do what was promised. It is all smoke & mirrors to get your credit card charges. Very Very disappointed in that a company can get away with this rip-off. It looks that I may have to file S C case against them. I will also will caution Chase CC about their illegal business practices.

Very misleading service. I tried to cancel the free trial immediately, but still got auto-charged $72.30. The whole process was frustrating and feels designed to trap customers. Avoid.

I signed up for a $1 trial and was later charged $72.30 for a 24-month subscription.
I requested a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. Support told me to close my PayPal dispute in order to process the refund.
After I followed their instructions and closed the dispute, they refused to issue a refund, saying the guarantee no longer applies.
Additionally, there was no clear warning about the upcoming charge, and I was not able to easily cancel the subscription on their website.
This feels misleading and unfair. I strongly advise others to avoid this service.
Update:
The company states that they cannot issue a refund because the PayPal dispute was closed in their favor.
However, this does not change the fact that I requested a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
Additionally, there was no clear warning about the upcoming charge, and I was not able to easily cancel the subscription on their website.
This situation raises serious concerns about how their refund policy is applied in practice.
At this point, the issue remains unresolved.

I subbed in order to use the extension, and I can’t log in via Google ( my account logged in via Google ), so I got into my settings to reset the pass but didn’t receive any reset mail
i finally installed the mobile app after enabling the service. It was so slow, and all requests showed that I’m from my main location. Even Google’s Where am I is getting my correct location and not the virtual one.
I requested a refund and they rejected it, but they provided me with a special URL for resetting my password. This URL worked, but that was the last day for me in the free trial.

Despite this service was charged without much knowledge of what the product is.
Whatver, I did leave a bad review to get my refund, and the team did actually refund the money straight to my bank after 3-4 weeks.
4+1 makes 5, the services may be something I'm not currently interested, but they have good prices for what they offer, and they do a pretty good job with your data not being tracked and the VPN always do work.
GG, thanks for the refund.

I do not recommend this Service at all. I tried the 3-day trial for 1$, the chrome extension works averagely but the desktop app doesn't work at all.
Tried to connect to three different servers and after a few minutes waiting the connection fails and they don't allow you to connect to any server. So I uninstalled their app and extension and went to their really poor build website (Have seen scamming websites with more work on it than this) to cancel my trial to prevent them to try anything funny... Only to find out that you can't do nothing... So I thought the trial would just expire.
Wrong... Even though their website say that they give all the control to the customer, you have 0 control at all...
If you want to cancel a subscription even a trial... you need to write a form and send to them to review and then to cancel themselves... giving you 0 control over your own subscription... Not only that, they automatically upgrade your trial to their most expensive subscription, not giving you the option to cancel the trial nor to leave them unless you write a form and wait for them to do something about that. So they went to my paypal and charged me for extra 72,30$.
After that, I filed a complain requesting my refund, but they surely take their time even though they legally say they give you 30-day guarantee of refund... Huge red flag... You literally become at their mercy to leave them... Subscription companies are shady, but this... is overwhelmingly bad... If you can't control when you leave them without going through them, this is more a scam than a service... I would gladly advise you to stay away until they review the structure behind their business workflow and change a lot of red flags...

I purchased VeeVPN on 4/4/2026. The VPN wouldn't connect to any server. I contact tech support. The offer no support. Then ask for a refund under their 30-day refund policy. They refused a refund. Be careful when ordering VEEVPN; use PayPal, as there are scammers who don't stand behind their product.

Edit: I said what I said Nikolas and unless you're refunding me MY money, there's nothing else left to talk about. You should not still be having the same issues as the year(s) before. You either refund me or move on. The review stays until my money is refunded, scammers. They are clearly paying people to leave positive reviews.
Don’t do it. The app does not work properly. When you can find a location to connect to, you cannot use any of your apps with it. They have a tab for streaming services that you’re supposed to use when you are streaming but none of those locations work. You cannot connect to any of the locations. I asked for a refund within a couple of hours after purchasing and they said no because I had one in the past. I don’t care what I had in the past. It’s my money and you’re going to give it back or my credit card company will give it back. You don’t get to tell me that I’ve had a refund so I can’t have one again. They offered me a promo code in the past that didn’t even come off when I was placing my order, which was the main reason why I reached out to them and they couldn’t even fix that. I even sent them a screenshot of their contact us section on their website that clearly doesn’t work and they didn’t even respond about that. Like nothing works and they expect me to pay for nothing. You got the wrong person. You’re going to give me a refund or I’m going to take it back. This annoying part is as I’m going through this process, I remember exactly why I forced them to give me a refund the last time.

Misleading advertising. The website claims a free VPN for Japan, but in reality, it is not free! Only 5 randomly selected countries are free. This is deceptive advertising. But you only know that after instaling
