I have a two year plan… and after two months my service stopped. I requested a fix. With no response. I then requested a refund.. and VEEPN answer was that I should have read their printed service agreement. That states: ‘’’ No Warranties:
VeePN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not responsible for the performance or results obtained through the use of the service.’’’
So, even if I am paying for the VPN service and there is No service. They can continue to charge me.. as there is no guarantee of any service at all. Just a Scam

VPN connections unreliable; Fraudulent charges on my card
VPN connections are unreliable. But the worst thing about Veepn is you can't cancel your plan. They charged me AGAIN, then when I said I would like a refund, they replied with all the reasons I should stay with them - including a crap discount for more of their crap products - instead of cancelling and refunding.
Do not use this service. They are scammers
