They are scammers - avoid them at all costs!
They are scammers. The product has never worked since day one. Here is how they get you:
Step 1) You have a theft problem at your store and are looking for a solution when you stumble upon Veesion.
Step 2) You contact them and the salesperson will guarantee you that it works and say you have to sign a contract for them to prove it to you.
Step 3) It never works.
Step 4) You complain many times since the beggining about how it does not work and they say the AI takes time to learn and get adjusted so it will work soon.
Step 5) You wait but there is no improvement. This cycle continues of it never working and you complaining and them saying the AI is learning and will improve soon.
Step 6) You try to get your money back because it does not work and they charge you full amount citing that you have a contract in place which you had to sign to try it out in the first place.
We read reviews online and they are all similar. The software does not work. They prey on you when you are vulnerable and need help and then do not deliver on their promises.
We could not recommend enough for you to avoid them and find another solution. We usually never write reviews but we are writing this to save other people time, money and energy.
Never in our lives have we ever felt so violated by a company. So dishonest. We would not be surprised if this is a ponzi scheme or if they go bankrupt soon as it is one giant scam... a completely dishonest company.

The AI goes through an initial calibration period. If difficulties continue, a technical review is necessary to identify and correct the factors impacting detection.

Do not waste time in this company
Do not waste time in this company. The sales is big lier. They give fault promises to us: if their system can not send alert for any theft behaviour. I need to provide evidence to them and they will not charge monthly fee. After three months we received a lot of useless alert, I try to do a test. I asked my friend, my staffs to take items from shelves and walked away without make any payment. None of alert send to us for all our tests. I went back to sales and ask why, they said their system is AI, I need to take time to train AI to let system become smart in two to three months Berla Berla berla…how I know the theft behaviour? I pay more than one hundred per month to training AI?! Unbelievable answer for my complain. Be away from this company!!!

Don't fall for the sales hype!
The company claims they can detect theft in shops using artificial intelligence, however failed to provide any evidence their platform is accurate or reliable.
Sales rep was very pushy, trying to pressure me into signing 12 month contract and taking what he said at face value.
Please they connect a "black box" to your router and therefore could if they wanted to, snoop on all your network traffic, including banking details. Did not provide me with any confidence my network was protected and remain secure
There are more secure and evidenced based solutions out there, don't be fooled by the misleading sales claims

I have had hundreds of dollars stolen that this software did not pick up. I had meetings with them and told my account rep I was not confident is renewing, She was aware of this because she said she could offer me a discount if I decided to stay. She auto renewed anyways and I requested to cancel service and return payment. They denied my requests. She said because I didn't accept her meting invite or return her call that she auto renewed. All the while we have had two hurricanes back to back and joining a meeting was on the bottom of the list. This was an unauthorized renewal. It was made known in our meeting that I didn't think the software was at the level it should be at for the price point. I now have 3 cases with the local sheriff that my employees caught the theft and Veesion did not pick up anything.
