I am an Idiot if the deal look too good to be true then it is, purchased a Milwaukee 12v stick pump, it never arrived I am perusing a refund through the bank and Vegadepot are claiming the item was delivered, I have 3 security cameras that proves other wise on the date they claim which is the same date they said it was dispatched.

Ah what the hell , I may as well throw my two pennies in .....I got stupid taxed again !

This Company came up as Luxachrist on tiktok shop in the UK where Im from, thought they were genuine as tiktok wouldn't allow SCAMMER Company's on their site. Well like everyone else, paid my money never received the Christmas Tree I ordered in November 2024 with Luxachrist, sent emails they don't respond. I used their email address in Google and found all these reviews saying exactly the same thing. I've reported Luxachrist to tiktok but will be passing on these reviews too. Sure the SCAMMERS use all different names. We've all been duped, just be very careful next time, even the reviews on tiktok shop may not be real, because I checked first before I paid fir my order and they were all good. Their site is down now, surprise, surprise.

Contacted multiple times, no response and no item. Clearly a scam.

SCAM - My dad used this website. Didn't arrived. Cannot contact despite multiple attempts. Got charged. No refund. BUYER BEWARE

Took money from my credit card and then the website disappeared email address decommissioned it never got my item just another scam company hopefully I get my money back from my bank and hopefully, the people running this scam, I hope your children DI* .

Scam - they'll take your money and never deliver promised items. I've been chasing them for weeks and now their website has disappeared?! Avoid like the plague.

Website looked legit then 3 weeks later still no item and website shut down. Just contacted Tesco credit card to do chargeback so hopefully get the £52 back so no loss just a waste of time with this scam item company. AVOID if you see cheap item for fraction of the cost

Yes total scammers. Don’t buy i ordered the Milwaukee pump off tic tok shop. Should have guessed really it was £52. It sells for 180 everywhere else. If it’s to good to be true it usually is.

Scam haven’t received no contact back have emailed number of occasion Milwaukee water pump
