I deposited 10€ to claim a bonus promotion they have from time to time.
It was a 500% bonus and 30 freespins for 3 days, in my opinion it is a great Promotion.
I played couple of hours and lost the bonus balance but that's totally fine for me, cause it's gambling.
After that I had a really nice hit on the extra freespins and cashed out 150€.
To be honest I was thinking it would take something like a week or so, because I read a couple of complaining posts on a forum.
But I got positively surprised by Vegadream and they proceeded my withdrawal in around 30 hours.
So I'm totally positive about Vegadream.

*Update: It has now been +4 days since I tried make a withdrawal again, was also in contact with live support (again) yesterday, and still NOTHING has happened!
It's amazing how low and bad this casino has become compared to what it once was.
*Update: Stupid dumb replies here from Vegadream on literally every complaint: "Please contact us via Live Chat or email so our team can check your account and assist you further." - Yeah, it's not like that is EXACTLY what we all have been doing. We all have been in contact with your support and they can't do Sh*t is basically their standard answer. They just tell us all to "wait".
Slowest payout ever! Took 9 days before it got "approved", and then apparently there was some "technical issues". So even if I got an email saying "approved", the withdrawal was still "cancelled" and the money got back to my vegadream account. When asking support about it, they only said it was "approved", not even when showing them pictures of it being "cancelled" they understood that something was wrong. All they said was for me to make another withdrawal request, so now I'm basically just waiting for another technical issue again and to speak with a support that knows nothing and can't help because they're not the "financial department"..

I always get the same answer, "high load" and other lies. The support (there is no support.) lies and does nothing to help.
Vegadream.com is holding on to every penny and I realize that I've been ripped off and vegadream.com deserves to be blacklisted and sued.
