I made a withdrawal request on the 3rd January 2022. Today is the 7th January and my withdrawal is still in progress. I have sent multiple emails and had about 10 chats and every time they tell me that they have sent a note to the customer service department and they will work on it. Now today, I’m told they have raised a ticket to resolve the issue. It’s five days!!! How can it be easy to make deposit but it’s suddenly a hassle to withdraw your winning? On the website, they say they pay withdrawal within 3hrs, on the chat, they say up to 48hrs… I am currently about to hit 100 hrs and still nothing.
I’m thinking of logging a report to the MGA and EADR if the situation remains the same by Monday.
It’s just sad! They have great games, beautiful layout and such crappy withdrawal process.
I’ll definitely not recommend to play here if you want to see your winnings!

This is the worst site with withdrawals! You win, make your withdrawal and then nothing happen for days and sometimes weeks! I think they want you to cancel your withdrawal and then lose the money again at the wheel. I have played in other sites and usually, you get your winnings within a few hours but for Vegadreams, it's days and weeks if it comes at all... avoid this site!

They do not pay withdrawals. The casino support will not even answer you when you ask about your withdrawal. Keep away from this casino.

I've been waiting for my cashout for a few days now. Every time I get a different excuse that it took so long. I forwarded them all the documents they needed. Yet they come up with something new every time so as not to pay out.

The most shady casino site i ever played on. Deposit is instant. But withdraw is a totaly different story. Takes up to 1-2 weeks... Yes, that's correct. WEEKS!!! First the withdraw is pending for 3 days. Then you need to send all your documents, ok that's normal. After that made a new withdraw, pending for a few days more. All of a sudden it's cancelled because the bank number was incorrect(not true) Made another withdraw with the same bank number, pending few days. After 3 days i got an email that it was processed and the money will be in my bank account within 3 days. After 3 days the money wasn't there. Contacted them via chat, the person told me i could take up to 7 working days before the money be in my bank account.

So 1,5 weeks ago i made the first withdraw and still go no money. I have little faith that i ever see the money back again.

So my advise never ever play at this casino.

Dont play, won 8 k, 3500 on bonus money, wich was overbet? After that i won some more prices. When i tried to withdrawel 2 x 3500 they said it was not valid, and reset my account to 150 ( they stolen 7850 ). Do not bet there please. Fake casino

Vegadream, this casino is a unfair casino. They give a wager free bonus, but when you have the bonus you must wager it 2 times. Oke that i must play once the deposit before i can pay out is normal. But when they give a wager free bonus than it is unfair when i must wager my bonus 2 times and must wager my deposit once. Thats not a wagerfree bonus.

I know that there is a list of games i dont allow to play whit a active bonus. So i dont play those games. I win whit my real balance, the games are very slow and i must start them many times again. So i decieded to cash out a part of my real balance, the message was youre bonus will be forfeit when you cash out the real balance. Oke no problem, i want that bonus away. Afther the bonus was away, i played games from the list that is forbidden when you have active bonus. A day later a get a email, my whitdrawel was cancelled and i get only my deposit back because i played bonanza whit an active bonus. I go to the chat and saying that i dont play that game while i had a active bonus. The agent has checkt it at that moment, the answer was that the bonus is active untill the whitdrawel was approved. What a joke. They are searching for reasons to take youre winnings. I ask if they can send me the terms where i can find that stupid rule. I dont get a answer, and i must email. I send them a email, read the bonus terms and conditions again and find nothing about the rule the agent is saying. Term 1.12 says that when i forfeit the bonus i opt out of the promotion. So thats wat i did.
I have send a email, i am still waiting on a answer.

But in the mean time, i complain this isseu by MGA and i hope they will open a research to this casino. This casino is a really unfair casino. I play at several other casino's and the most of them are fare. But this casino is really a scam.

Update: u recieved the money i win! They don’t had a answer in my questions. So they take the easy way and pay-out.

I also lost my winnings because of those bonusterms. No notification about those forbidden games. I played only two of those restricted slots. I played mostly allowed games but all my winnings (500€) were forfeited. This casino really does everything to avoid pay winnings!

200 euro + 200 euro bonus i started with. I wagered the bonus money and had a 2000 euro profit. I wanted to withdraw this money and a day later they send a email with that it was cancelled. I played a game that was not allowed with bonus money and just like that all money gone. They send a list with games you cant play with bonusmoney. Bud you never get a warning if you open a game that you cant play with bonusmoney.
