waste of time

i just had a phone and a zoom interview the recruiter was talking mostly about her self and other peoples “characters”. when i asked her to specify the role and day to day work she was frustrated and kept referring to the zoom interview and had no knowledge of what the role is. mind u the zoom interview meeting seemed sketchy bc the recruiter kept talking about “her experience within the job market”. once that step was done i recieved a phone call by another recruiter. presuming her communication skills and her attitude this recruiter is clearly 18 yrs old and has no idea what the company or the role stand for. what a waste of time really
