Dodgy intentions, do not use

Company issued 'we have your order, will be delivered via Evri' email on ordering. Days passed and Evri' had still not received the parcel. I had to literally hound the owner online every way I could find repeatedly, until a refund was issued to my relief (after finding these reviews I was panicking)
If the candles hadn't had such a large clearance price reduction I wouldn't have ordered them - I would have been paying what they were worth with the discount. I should have gone with my instinct and saved myself all this hassle as I ordered one via their now defunct online Etsy shop a few years back which I was disappointed with - overpriced as the scent was barely there, the label was not stuck down properly & the wick wasn't centered. I have found he sickly 'Hi Bunny'etc talk in their correspondence patronising & grating.
I see that the company is now selling off its stock as the business has folded, what a surprise & all in their own doing. A basic course in Customer Service is so very needed, Companies like this give small start ups a bad name

Disappointing customer service and delayed shipping

The shipping policy states that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days, but the order took a week (5 business days) to be dispatched, so arrived after the birthday it was a gift for. I also emailed Vegan Bunny customer service twice to ask whether the prices in the order could be hidden as this was a gift and I had not seen any option to do so at checkout, but I did not receive an answer on either occasion. The order did arrive 3 days after being dispatched and the recipient is pleased with the candles, but the unexplained delay in shipping and the lack of customer service was really disappointing.

Not received order

Not received order, like others below I have emailed many times and got no response. But I get regular marketing emails from them. DO NOT BUY from these people, this company must be a scam.

I Regret placing my online order and…

I Regret placing my online order and giving my money away. I emailed the company to cancel my order as per my consumer rights requesting full refund. Numerous emails were sent, none replied to. PayPal opened a case and contacted the company who still have not responded to any of my or PayPal's emails.***UPDATE **** ELLI (Elisa) LUBISCO is the company's Co owner alongside her sister who also run their Vegan Bunny Company on Etsy. Etsy customer reviews seem to be happy so the company must be running more actively and caring for their customers there. I've googled Vegan Bunny's company address listed on Etsy and found that Elisa Lubisco's former company MELA COSMETICS LTD (11808503) is listed as the same address as Vegan Bunny and her former company under the above name was dissolved and Elisa Lubisco resigned as secretary in 2020. The company owner, Elisa Lubisco, is now running /co-running her and her sister's business under the name of Vegan Bunny.

No response to any contact

Order was never sent to their delivery partner. The live chat feature on the website doesn't seem to be functional and I am yet to receive a response to any emails.

Very angry customer

I ordered 2 mystery boxes back in October and paid my £24.20. Since then I have received nothing and have emailed about 5 times with no response, however I'm still getting emails from them with offers and new products! They are obviously still trading so why can't they respond? I did order something about a year ago and had no problems. I certainly wont be using them again. Just need to try and get my money back now. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Do not order!!!!

Beyond disappointed after having ordered from this company before over the past 2 years. Placed an order on 4th October, to date (2nd November) I have had no updates and not received my order. In the meantime I have emailed the company 3 times asking kindly for an update and have had no response. I have also reached out via Instagram twice with my messages being read and ignored. So so disheartened by this experience. Currently waiting on a full refund from this company but still being ignored. Now I have to begin the process of going to trading standards and contacting my bank to get my money back. Such a shame. All that was needed was some communication. I will never purchase from vegan bunny again

Payment taken, nothing received, no response to contact.

I placed an order on the 4/10/22, I have yet to receive it, Evri tracking says they’re expecting it since 7/10/22, so looks like it was never sent. I’ve contacted Vegan Bunny via email, Shop App, Instagram and their website chat and had no response to any of my messages. I’ve since seen several others have had the same issue. It’s very disappointing to see customers being scammed like this and then ignored from a company that presents itself as being so ethical. I hate to have to write a review like this for a small business, but I’m out of pocket and being ignored. Shocking customer service.

Worst company, avoid!

Exact same experience as the two reviewers below me, I’ve honestly never been so irritated by a company, especially one that seems to purport peace and serenity as their brand message! I placed an order for a recurring tea light subscription in mid-May, was charged, but never received a package. Tried to get in touch via chat, no response over a period of several weeks and chases. Finally emailed asking them to cancel my subscription and refund my order as I never received it, got some nonsense reply back ‘wishing me a cute week’ and that ‘they were sorry I was not charged this month’, and proceeded to charge me again! I’ve now finally received May’s order but can only assume I won’t get June’s for some time. I’ve now emailed them again 3 times asking them to cancel the subscription but nothing back. Can’t log in to my account on their website as it says no account associated with my email. Absolutely shocking. Will be opening a dispute with my bank if they try to charge me next month. Ridiculous company.

I have had to exact same experience as…

I have had the exact same experience as the review below. I ordered 2 candles and received an email saying they’d been dispatched, however the courier has never received them. I’ve tried contacting vegan bunny to find out where they are and I’m getting no response. I’ve sent an email, tried the online chat, completed an online contact form and even Facebook messenger. I’m now at a loss as to what to do!

No communication, no product

Submitted order on the 27/01/22. Have been trying to contact customer services via email and social media, they responded apologising and saying it was being looked into, however I still have not received a confirmation email. Now when I message no one is responding. If I do not receive a response soon I may have to try and claim back a refund via my bank.

Veganbunny candles smell so good and bring joy to my home, these are simply my favorites, and little poems always inspire me, I am so grateful for these little sparks of happiness !!

Responsibly sourced products

Beautifully fragranced eco friendly product, kind to everything on the planet. Pretty container and wonderful responsibly sourced recyclable packaging. Fantastic product, will be using this company again.
